When I think about why Phil is successful with his clients and his client find success with him it's because he is INVESTED. Phil is invested in his clients - understanding their needs, from the ones just starting off and the ones who are athletes and need to be pushed. He is invested in his craft - keeping up with the new techniques, exercises thus giving him the ability to tailor his sessions to his clients. Invested in nutrition - vast understanding on what will fuel your body and shares this with his clients. I have been an athlete my entire life, sometimes in better shape then others - the single thing that made the difference in my success with my coaches/trainers is their ability to connect and invest in me. When you have someone that believes in you it gives you the motivation to invest in yourself. I highly recommend Phil as a personal trainer or taking part in one of his boot camps. It's a fun, motivating, non-intimidating environment where you can take yourself to the next level!

I called Hybrid Fitness because I wanted to give the gift of good health to my brother who was retiring. The owner could not have been more helpful and even allowed my brother to wait until fall to start his sessions.I waited to write me review until my brother had actually worked with the trainer. My brother called to say that he has had a few sessions with the trainer and is so impressed with the time and attention that has been given him. He actually plans to sign up for more sessions once the training period is over. I am very pleased with my choice of a gym and a trainer .

I found Lisa through her website after quite a bit of searching. I knew what I wanted to accomplish; I just didn't know how to get it done. Nutritional advice, personal training, and motivation is what I was searching for and exactly what I found in Lisa! She is encouraging, upbeat, and always focused on my development. The workouts are fun, varied and always challenging. As I have made lifestyle changes toward being healthier - I feel that I have a true partner in Lisa. She has worked with me on so many different muscle groups and overall cardio fitness my health, body and spirit are all stronger. Each time we go through something new she demonstrates just what a strong and effective teacher she is both my modeling the exercise and patiently giving feedback until my form improves. She is such a strong teacher that many of the exercises she has taught me I now can do at home. Lisa has a variety of videos that she has available for those in-between work outs along with those times I can't make my twice weekly workouts. Simply put - a joy to work with and a complete health coach. I feel nothing less than grateful to have found her.
Tav is amazing. He treats you like a person. No cookie cutter exercises and workouts that you can get anywhere. He actually takes the time to learn about you and your bodies needs/ issues and comes up with a program that is made specifically for you. He REALLY listens to you. Plus he actually cares about your health and well-being. I'm 58 and have many health problems. I've seen many PT's and therapists over the years. Tav beats them all. Thanks Tav

Calum is an awesome trainer. He is one of the only trainers I actually trust and feel confident working with---he has a strong background in strength training and programming, but is also constantly doing research and experimenting with programming to bring his clients' training to the next level. Not only is he extremely competent, but he is also a pleasure to work with-- he provides a solid balance of pushing you to work harder to reach the next goal or the next seemingly impossible weight or rep and also being an extremely nice guy who is easy to be around. He's a good fit for any athlete of any ability. He is the only trainer my mom, who is older and has a lot of mobility and health issues, will work with because he truly listens and responds to the client at hand and meets their needs. His programming has pushed her, and me, to our strongest. He is one of the rare trainers that puts his client's goals and accomplishments above his own ego. I can't recommend him enough for anyone looking for a either a personal or group trainer. He can make a work out out of literally any equipment so there are never any excuses!
Kathie was my Health Coach in the summer and fall of 2017. Early on, she asked questions about what was going great in my life and what I wanted to improve. Kathie then worked with me to set realistic goals for myself. Each week during our coaching session, she had a well thought out approach to discussing my progress and coaching me to learn the importance of positive self talk and personal encouragement. In just 90 days time, I achieved a significant amount of progress towards my goals and I loved Kathie’s coaching style! Caryn
