If you want a professional Personal Trainer.....Dewayne is the one. I needed to get in shape for my wedding so I sought out this pt. He was consistent, serious and full of tough love. My body had changed after his rigorous sessions. I had 1 on 1 fitness training based on my work schedule. Results were amazing!!!!!!
We're in a month into our training program with Greg and its going great. He's excellent - our workouts are a nice balance of hard physical work and fun cardio with boxing. We do a lot of laughing as Greg makes jokes and keeps our spirits up as we push ourselves with the weight training. Getting our training schedule set up was very easy and Greg's facility is very easy to get to and very clean and well maintained. Overall Greg is just top notch!
I love working with Charles. He has always been motivating and apparently driven by a love for health and fitness. Willing to go beyond obligations and willing to help with excercises and additional aid even if not during a training sessions. I know i can reach out to him any time and even get messages from him to see how ive been. Sometimes if even to help keep me accountable.

Katie is an amazing fitness trainer, and even on my first session with her, I felt a huge difference in my body and felt like I could really achieve my fitness goals. Katie is patient but assertive when you need that extra kick, and she really has a good intuition for what your body needs. Carlos is the secret, the real deal. At first I was hesitant about paying for a trainer. I thought I knew it all about exercise being fairly athletic. I also thought that only celebrities had personal trainers and paid dearly for them until I met Carlos. I didnt just get a fitness trainer I have an accessible counselor that guides me in exercise, nutrition, and everyday conditioning. When I travel he sends me exercise regimes for the hotel gym and constantly advises me on dieting and working out. As far as results: Ive lost 52 lbs. and have great energy. Carlos is the real deal. If you dont believe it, just ask me.
Very patient, passionate and skilled as a coach and as a human being. He workes with his students/ clients physically and mentally, giving them new techniques and training exercises but also preparing them and explaining to them the purpose of each and every step. Andre was very professional and communicative. He understood what I wanted and tailored a self defense training class that fit my needs. Judy is a true professional in every sense of the word. She has a ton of expertise in physical fitness and training, and is always able to answer my questions completely and clearly. Training at NBI fitness with Gilbert has been a remarkable experience. He listens to your goal settings & customizes a specific workout criteria based on your goals, abilities and timing. I have been training with him for only 3 weeks and we had a very aggressive plan based on an upcoming event I have in a couple of months. My experience with Brenda has been great! I do not exaggerate when I say that she has changed my life for the better. Brenda is super approachable and has a heart of gold, but she is also extremely knowledgeable and takes her job very seriously. It’s the perfect combination! I reached out to Brenda, because I needed to lose weight in order to fit into my bridesmaid’s dress. Over the course of about two months, I was able to lose more than 20 pounds with her guidance. The dress fit like a glove! The picture is of a different dress I wore soon before and again soon after my trainig sessions. Ed is the man! What else can I say? My wife and I were looking for a trainer who could address our personal fitness goals leading up to our wedding. With a 3-month window, Ed was able to evaluate each of our individual needs effectively and construct workout programs that he trained us on, simultaneously. We are extremely pleased with our results. Ed's program not only helped us reach our goal, but has really set us up for long term success with our physical fitness. We'll be continuing our training with him for a while I think.
I would highly recommend Chris as a trainer. Around a year ago I decided to get a trainer to work on strength and improve my workouts. I've been training with him since then. He keeps the workouts interesting and challenging, pushing me to get outside of my comfort zone, within reason. Chris gives me feedback on form and technique, and does it in a constructive way. Great to have him as my trainer!
Kirsten has a high energy level that really helped me complete the workouts and my personal goals. She is one of the few trainers I know who actually lives what she teaches. Kirsten's knowledge of numerous styles of physical training and yoga keeps her sessions anything but routine.

Id worked out plenty before meeting Cody but had not done so in some time when I met him. In a matter of months he helped me shed the extra pounds and drove me to achieve even more. My waist shrank a few inches as my muscles grew. From the beginning we worked out outside taking advantage of the local parks. I had always considered weightlifting to be a boring type of exercise but now looked forward to working out because it was completely different than holing up in the gym. Training sessions with Cody are intense from start to finish, well-planned, and personalized for my specific goals, abilities, and objectives. Cody is 100% present during training sessions, focused on me, his client. During the sessions, I feel challenged but confident, secure that he is guiding me with knowledge, experience, and attention to form. He takes the "personal" part of "personal training" just as seriously as the "training" part, and makes me feel like my goals are as important to him as they are to me.
I have been training with Meredith since October 2015 and have seen better results in that short period of time than I ever have on my own! I'm intimidated by the meat-heads at the gym, pushy 1:1 training sales guys but was still committed to finding a way to get fit and healthy! I am a 30-yr old female who has yo-yo dieted most of her life, been stuck between 170 and 190 (size 10-14), and only 5'5" which, is not healthy or satisfying at all. When I found Meredith, she was professional from the first moment. She listened to my goals (even my past shortcomings and current struggles), talked through my nutritional habits, and did my measurements. She is not only knowledgeable in all things fitness related but she is very thorough in creating workouts that fit my challenge my body while remaining aware of its weak conditions/medical limitations- e.g. torn rotator cuff. Meredith is super friendly and great to work with but, probably most importantly, she takes the 'excuse' factor out of working out! How accommodating is it to have someone come to your home and push you to do what we often cant commit to doing alone consistently, adequately, and safely?? Definitely recommend her! (you wont regret it!) The price is right, the sessions fit my crazy work (and social!) schedule, and the routines are always challenging and changing to help me get stronger, more fit, and motivated- not bored!
