Words fall short to describe my journey with Greg, The Personal Fitness Coach, he takes time to understand ones own challenges and helps to get changes in day to day routine without feeling forced, he also has an immense understanding about how much can ones body take and slowly builds the strength with introduction of various excrsise to build up strength, I right now in my 3rd week have already lost about 5 ibs of weight without going through boring and strenuous workouts and starving crash diets, it's fun to be with Greg, every morning I get up and feel like exercising, and that's the biggest change Greg brought in, the desire, and then with the muscle strenghth slowly built up the desire has converted into action, I highly recommend Greg for any one, any age as the personal trainer.😇😇

Carlos is the secret, the real deal. At first I was hesitant about paying for a trainer. I thought I knew it all about exercise being fairly athletic. I also thought that only celebrities had personal trainers and paid dearly for them until I met Carlos. I didnt just get a fitness trainer I have an accessible counselor that guides me in exercise, nutrition, and everyday conditioning. When I travel he sends me exercise regimes for the hotel gym and constantly advises me on dieting and working out. As far as results: Ive lost 52 lbs. and have great energy. Carlos is the real deal. If you dont believe it, just ask me.
I have been working with personal trainers for the past 9 years and, in which I have worked with almost 6 different great trainers! With that being said, my current trainer, Bejko Evis, truly took it above and beyond and took the service to a whole new level. Throughout the last couple of months working with him, he was always extremely knowledgeable, hard working, caring and he always pushes me to break new records. Andre is an excellent trainer and caters to your fitness level. Always imaginative to change things things up and increase the challenge to get you on your way to your fitness goals. By changing things up, keeping you on your toes and ensuring that the workout is new, exciting and of course physically challenging. The boxing & self defense workouts are fun too because you get to hit back some :-). Andre is exceptional talent to your fitness needs.
I cant say enough positive things about Judy! I trained with her for many months before my wedding and could not have asked for a sweeter, knowledgable, encouraging and patient trainer. She met me at my fitness level, and knew how to build more challenging workouts through the course of our time together. I was very happy with the results of our twice weekly sessions and felt stronger, trimmer and more confident for my wedding. Just the greatest!

Brenda is an excellent personal trainer and the best personal trainer I have ever had. She is knowledgeable and flexible to individual clients’ needs. Brenda has adjusted routines throughout my pregnancy, surgical recovery, various orthopedic injuries (wrist tendinitis, ankle sprain, knee strain, back pain) and keeps our sessions new and fresh even after more than 4 years together. Training with Brenda always challenges me and pushes me passed where I would go myself and in a safe and effective way. I appreciate her willingness to come train almost any day or time. Ed is the man! What else can I say? My wife and I were looking for a trainer who could address our personal fitness goals leading up to our wedding. With a 3-month window, Ed was able to evaluate each of our individual needs effectively and construct workout programs that he trained us on, simultaneously. We are extremely pleased with our results. Ed's program not only helped us reach our goal, but has really set us up for long term success with our physical fitness. Tiare is extremely motivating and works with you to reach your goals. I'm pretty impatient but he's always been very supportive and patient with me, always reinforcing a positive attitude and constantly pushing me to and past my physical and mental limits. I wanted a Personal Trainer that I could click with and someone who would push me at the same time. I met Frankie at my heaviest after having two kids. I was tired and needed to change for myself and my kids. I hired Frankie as a personal trainer and through his support, knowledge, flexible scheduling, eating habit instructions and motivation, I was able to meet and go beyond my goal weight. He pushed me and kept me motivated. I really LOVED that he was so supportive of me. Every time I think he has no more to show me, he continues to come up with new challenges for me to meet. I have had a few personal trainers in the past but have been working exclusively with Cody for the last 5 years. Not only is he an extremely knowledgeable and experienced trainer with lots of credentials but also have a lot of insights on dietary programs to enhance health and effectiveness of your workout. Add to that the fact he is a great guy to hang out with and have a conversation during the sessions and hiring him becomes a no brainer :) Don't get me wrong, he still makes sure you get a solid workout in and achieve your goas as he innovates and constantly refreshes the routines but his charisma and persona makes it for a fun process instead of just pain. I have been training with Seleah for almost a year. Seleah has helped me achieve my goals, my main focus was toning, strength and losing a few inches. Weight training was all new learnings for me, but I was able to grasps and work as a team with Seleah. She makes every session challenging and fun at the same time, especially the group sessions. I always look forward to my sessions and in some cases doubled up. I had no idea weight training worked it all, you lose, tone and strengthen, I never really looked at it that way. It's also all about being consistent and having a good coach. Seleah listens to everyone's needs and focuses on what the trainees want to accomplish. She also ensures you are doing the exercises correctly to avoid any injuries. My fitness and strength has improved itremendously and the results are visible, giving me more confidence and great feedback from family and friends. Valerie Graham is the best thing that happened in my life. I have been training with her for 3 years. Her training style is incredible. She has a great passion for fitness and is superb at what she does. A trainer who listens and makes you feel you are heard and handles you with great empathy and compassion. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, flexible and effective and also very kind and just a joy to be around! Every time I workout with her, it feels like its the first time all over again, that is the kind of dedication she offers. She plays several roles - a great motivator , a counselor , a friend, a confidant, a goal setter and the list can go on.
