I started training with John not too long ago and am already seeing results. Not just physical results, but mental as well. John is exceptionally well at motivating and pushing you to work harder because he truly believes in individual client's abilities and his talents as a personal trainer. He will take the time to teach you proper techniques to make sure you're targeting all the intended muscle groups. He truly is passionate about what he does and wants to see all his clients happy and successful. I believe the three things that make someone successful in their profession are passion, talent, and hard work, and John certainly has all three. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to not only work out and improve their fitness, but also surround themselves with positivity and leave feeling better about themselves. John is professional and knowledgable about nutrition as well. Overall, it's been a great experience with John and I would highly recommend him!
I've only met with Dave twice, but I love working with him. He is extremely knowledgable about pregnant and prenatal care so I feel completely safe working with him. Our first session was a test of sorts, so that he could evaluate my fitness level. He now knows my strengths and weaknesses so he can better assist me. I also like that he gives me tips for what I can do on days that I'm not working with him and he didn't pressure me into signing up for more sessions than I felt ready to do. I would definitely recommend Dave as a personal trainer.
I have worked with Rob for about 9 months. What I found to be unique about Rob is his focus on my goals and objectives and helping me to reach them. He is engaged and present during sessions. This is not been my experience with others. He is thoughtful about work outs, and offering sound advice on my overall health and how it directly ties with my work out plan. I have been working with Rimma for 6 weeks now and I am extremely pleased with the results. I am very busy and always found an excuse to skip the workout, said the same thing over and over I will start tomorrow and tomorrow never came. It was always down to the last 10lbs, and my weight fluctuated plus, minus 10lbs, and always lost those 10lbs by starving myself. The fact that Rimma works with my schedule, and comes to my apartment, there is no excuse on my end to wait for tomorrow. Rimma is extremely professional, very well spoken, very encouraging with each minute of working out. She doesnt just trains you, she works with you and the goals you are trying to achieve.
