I've been training with Dewayne once a week for nearly 5 months. I don't love exercising but of course always feel better when in shape. Dewayne is supportive and pushes me just enough. He's not judgmental when I miss my goals, rather, he gently encourages me to move forward. I would highly recommend Dewayne for personal training.
Since I have started training with Kadian I have seen great results. Not only does he have a expert knowledge of physical fitness but has the unique ability to know his clients needs. Serge is a highly qualified, highly motivated combat and conditioning coach. He possess outstanding knowledge across martial arts and combat disciplines as well as physical training acumen. Over the years he has demonstrated that he is willing to push me as far as I am willing to go, then take me past that point when ready. In addition, he is extremely flexible, willing to train anytime of the day or night. The only thing he doesn't tolerate are those who go through the motions. Irrespective of your skill set or athletic ability - he will rise to the occasion if you are willing to put the time and effort in. Great trainer.
Carlos is the secret, the real deal. At first I was hesitant about paying for a trainer. I thought I knew it all about exercise being fairly athletic. I also thought that only celebrities had personal trainers and paid dearly for them until I met Carlos. I didnt just get a fitness trainer I have an accessible counselor that guides me in exercise, nutrition, and everyday conditioning. When I travel he sends me exercise regimes for the hotel gym and constantly advises me on dieting and working out. As far as results: Ive lost 52 lbs. and have great energy. Carlos is the real deal. If you dont believe it, just ask me.

I started trainining with Mason about two months ago and can already see great results. I didn't really want to lose weight, I just wanted to tone my body and that's exactly what Mason has helped me do. I see muscles coming in that I never had and it feels great! Mason always pushes me to my limit, and encourages me to keep going when I feel like I can't go any longer. I could never have accomplished what I have so far without Mason, and the best part is his rates!! I could never have gotten the same personal training I get with Mason with someone else for the same price.
Ratul is a incredible personal trainer. He is also flexible with time and locations! I've worked with him for a couple weeks now and have seen incredible results. The workouts he creates are never the same and are fun and engaging but not so intense that you want to give up. He's by no mean easy though! I highly recommend Ratul for personal training.

Ed is the man! What else can I say? My wife and I were looking for a trainer who could address our personal fitness goals leading up to our wedding. With a 3-month window, Ed was able to evaluate each of our individual needs effectively and construct workout programs that he trained us on, simultaneously. I had two separate 25 training session packages with Trainer Chris Langsdorf and I loved every bit of it. Saw legitimate results right away and always pushed me to take my work outs further and kept me motivated through each session. I also learned a bunch of new exercises I didn't know and wouldn't normally have done. To top it off, in between sets, we laughed, traded jokes, talked life - I got not only a trainer, but a friend out of it too.

I did 3 training sesions with Frankie 2 years ago that changed my workout compleatly. With diet and new workout routine I lost about 15 pounds. Frankie really took the time to show me how to correctly lift and build muscle. Later I bought several sessions for a friend who was working hard at the gym but could not achieve his goal. After 3 sesions with Frankie. He was so impressed he now has Frankie as a full time trainer. My friend looks better then ever and its because of Frankie's training and great personality.
