Our experience with Anton and his assistant was beyond amazing. Everyone has an expectatIon of how they want their event to be presented. From a sit down dinner wIth cocktail hour for 25 people in our home for thanksgiving. The PRESENTATION was phenomenal. it looked like a Norman Rockwell painting, the turkey, the ham, the gluten free dishes, all the family favorites that we requested. Done to perfection. This was the first holiday meal that I was able to enjoy my guests and not worry about cleaning up afterwards. Everyone raved about the food. Plenty of leftovers that didn't go to waste. We had take home containers for everyone. That was such a hit. That about 10 later we had our company holiday feast in our home catered by Anton. He was able to cater to all dietary needs. From vegan, to paleo, to very upscale palate pleasing dishes. So we challenged Anton one more time, for Christmas eve with our loved ones of 27 give or take. We asked him to do the Italian feast of the seven fishes. Omg is all I can say. What a presentation, from the cocktail hour before dinner, then our sit down dinner with mussels,scallops,clams, and crab. Then we had wrapped filet mignon cooked to order for each person along with grilled vegetables and an assortment of gluten free and vegan dishes to please everything. Even the homemade ice cream that Anton makes himself is yummy. He does not rush you to finish and I appreciated sooo Much. We had lil ones to tend to, so we didn't get a chance to all sit at once sometimes. Anton made us feel like a royalty in our castle, and he was our personal chef. If we could rate him at ten stars, that still wouldn't be enough. He is very versatile in his cooking and preparation and presentation of the meals he prepares. I recently switched sd cards in my phone, or I would have posted some pictures. When I locate,I will post. Price wise, he is reasonable and will work within your Budget and still give you the most enjoyable experience. Champagne dreams and cavier wishes should be one of Anton tag lines. I will say, in the future, the sooner you can plan your event, the better your chances of having Anton fulfill your desire to WOW your guests. Thank You Anton and family, for making our holiday gatherings something to remember .
Tanya, prepared an excellent meal for 11 people on my 60th birthday. We talked, and she presented menu choices. She arrived promptly with one helper. They worked hard in the kitchen, were very helpful, and allowed me and my partner to enjoy the evening, and our guests without worrying about anything. I highly recommend Tanya as a personal chef for all occasions!!

My fiance and I went on thumbtack, looking for a personal chef to do our wedding. Of all the chefs who responded to us we were immediately impressed with how professional and thorough Tony was. Whereas others who contacted us simply gave us a price range based on our number of guests, Tony supplied us with some examples of menus from previous clients, but also assured us that what he would prepare for us would be specifically customized to meet our needs. He came to our home for an initial consultation, and we immediately hit it off. He was personable and professional. We discussed the menu as well as the logistics; including a tent, tables and chairs, dinnerware, and decorative flowers. We were relieved when he told us that he would take care of all of those things if we wanted, and he did, except for the flowers. (Although he did supply flowers for the tables and even offered to find someone to perform the ceremony) The affair was to be an intimate dinner with seventeen guests and we planned to have our wedding at home in the garden. We decided where the food would be prepared as well as the dining and serving tables. The menu we agreed upon was eclectic, with an international theme. It would consist of a five course dinner with a wine pairing with each course, and a cocktail hour before the first course. From the start, we loved how it sounded and we were eagerly anticipating seeing and tasting everything. Incidentally, he also made another trip to our home weeks later when we were having second thoughts about how to set everything up. The day of the wedding Tony and his staff arrived promptly. The rental tables, chairs and dinnerware had arrived the previous afternoon. After the ceremony and some photo taking was the cocktail hour. The hors d'oeuvres were all delicious and beautifully presented, and so were each of the five courses to follow. The staff was professional and courteous and their appearances were tasteful. The table settings were elegant, and exactly what we had wanted. The quality and freshness of the food was outstanding. The third course, grilled Pacific salmon and pan seared Chilean sea bass, drizzled with a strawberry citrus sauce was one of the most delicious dishes I ever had in my fife, and the salmon was grilled absolutely perfectly. If I had to find something less than desirable, I would say that there was one server who most guests agreed was not very friendly but she may have just been nervous. As for the food, there was an Australian grilled boneless leg of lamb which was a little overcooked for my wife and my tastes, but our guests had no complaints. However in all honesty, to find negative aspects of the entire experience I'm reaching somewhat, as the overall experience was simply amazing and all the things we loved about it far outweigh the aforementioned mild disappointments. It exceeded our already hopeful expectations. Furthermore, the price was definitely reasonable. When one of our guests inquired about the cost per plate (not including rentals) he was astounded that it did not cost much more. Finally, all of our guests raved about the day to no end and many of them said it was the most elegant wedding they had ever attended. I'm quite certain some of them will be contacting Tony for an event of their own.
Donna has been preparing weekly meals for our family as a private chef for the last year and a half. A tireless and consummate professional, she has proved to be extremely imaginative in her menu design, and flexible in accommodating individual preferences. Her meals possess a certain elegant class and are delicious. We recommend her whole-heartedly!

Elite Flavors Catering did an amazing job at our around the world themed dinner party. We were able to enjoy food from 10 different countries! The food was amazing and carefully chosen by myself and chef John. The staff was professional and helpful throughout the whole event. I am always worried about having enough food when I throw these parties but with chef John i had nothing to worry about there was plenty of food and even a lot of leftovers. My guest are still reaching out to me and telling me how much they enjoy the dinner specifically the food. I am not from Philadelphia so planning this was done over the phone and through email and chef John was available 24/7 for me he never missed a call! John Gale and Elite Flavors Catering, you did a great job! I would definitely use elite Flavors Catering again.

WOW WOW WOW. I had my daughters wedding this weekend and was honored to have Ron and his staff cater the event. I had 60 guests and everyone was amazed how professional, accommodating, and over the top the chef and staff were to all in attendance. I have been to many celebrations and nothing has compared thus far to Ron"s creativity. The FOOD WAS ABSOLUTELY PHENOMINAL. The presentation, the friendliness and eager to please staff, set up, clean up, the whole experience was fantastic. There was nothing they wouldn.t do to make the Brides day a dream come true! This guy is going places....I highly recommend Ron and his staff to cater any event that you may encounter. Kudos to the best Chef and Staff at the Jersey Shore...If anybody out there is listening have him cater your event, he is by far the best you will ever encounter. Kathy Franz
I worked with Chef Rock to plan my mother's 80th birthday party. We had 20 people and it is always difficult to please everyone; however, Chef Rock was able to plan a menu that was versatile and tasty! The chef made sure he considered people's diet and health needs before he planned the meals. I loved that Jim was completely prepared and self-sufficient, so it didn't matter how well the kitchen was stocked (or not). We had a taco bar and enchiladas one night and I was really impressed that the chef served homemade tortillas and he roasted the fresh chills. The following evening we had a beautiful rib roast with all the trimmings, fresh vegetables and potatoes dauphinoise. I was really impressed with Chef Rock's attention to detail, including warmed plates, the tastiest condiments and dips, as well as plenty of fresh fruit. I highly recommend hiring a personal chef for this kind of event since we only had 2 1/2 days to spend quality time with each other and travelled from five different states. Chef Rock also made sure everything was ready depending on our schedule. If we hadn't made this arrangement with our chef, I'm sure we would have been eating dinner at midnight! Luckily we had plenty of room in the house so the chef could stay the whole time, making coffee in the morning and providing all the clean-up. Thanks Jim for making this great event so memorable and special.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time learning to cook with Chris Paul! He is a highly knowledgeable chef that made cooking seem approachable and possible for someone with very limited skills. We were both novices going in and Chris was able to respond to that, although it was clear he would have had a lot to teach us even if we were more experienced. I highly recommend working with him, no matter what you want to learn in the kitchen. He could easily adapt his lessons to anything you want to learn.
