Mino is a super trainer. So happy we found him at Anytime Fitness in Albuquerque. He listens to us when we have aches and pains... and he challenges us at each workout session. I would highly recommend him to anyone for fitness training.
Shelby is very encouraging and a joy to train with. I love that she let's me play my own music during my training. But most of all I like her personality. I would recommend others to see for themselves. 😀
Lucille coaches my 13 year old daughter. She has been my daughter's coach for the past 4 1/2 years. My daughter has been injury free and runs well. My daughter just completed a 10K timed run in 40.16. Lucille talks to my daughter about health, nutrition, and mental fortitude as well as training. Lucille also lives what she preaches. Lucille sets an example of someone who lives a heathy lifestyle and exercises.
I went to Jessica for personal training. She was super motivating I had lots of fun!!
I started training with Mr. Bob May in August at about 475 lbs. at the time of this review I way ~375!!! He has been an amazing trainer when I first started to see him I could barely walk around the block now he has me running wind sprints and stairs on a regular basis. Not only is he an amazing trainer in the gym he is also very good at helping and laying out nutritional advice and meals. Bob is also able to design workouts for any level of athletic ability when we started they were very mild and not very straining now they are more taxing and pointed at the areas in which I need help. Bob has also helped me to gain a lot of my mobility back through exercise and movement I have a much wider range of motion and ability then I have had since I was in wresteling in high school. So wether you are a beginner or just getting back in to it or a 6 day a week trainer Bob is the man to see for fitness.
I am actively being trained by AT, prior to starting training AT did an evaluation of my medical and physical conditions and has kept these part of the overall program. He measured the level of commitment I have in reaching my goals and has developed a program for me both short and long term. His pricing is fair, in fact quite reasonable. When training with AT his values and professionalism are confidence inspiring.
My sister and I have been working with Mike, learning combat and martial arts, around 5 months and it’s been a great experience! He’s got a plethora of knowledge in multiple backgrounds, he gives valuable criticism not only for the day to day use, but for our line of work in film, and is outgoing, and very patient. My sister and I look forward to continuing our training with him!
Georgette did an amazing job helping me get back into my regular routine after an injury. She was a great motivator and I would have continued to use her had I not moved to a different state.

I design, implement, conduct and monitor strength and conditioning programs for multiple Olympic sport programs. I coordinate student athlete rehabilitation with sports medicine and assist with rehabilitation of injured athletes. I support education for student athletes about nutrition and supplementation, assist with coordination, maintenance, and staffing of weight room/strength facilities, assist in identifying and purchasing needed strength and conditioning equipment and assist in scheduling weight room training for the various athletic programs. I assists with administration of intern program which includes planning, supervising, and evaluating. I improve athletic performance which usually means improving athletes speed, strength, and power (although specifics vary according to athlete and sport). Conditioning coaches develop systematic training programs for both teams and individual athletes, often working in close association with coaches. This usually includes teaching proper lifting techniques, supervising and motivating athletes as they work out, and assessing their performance before and after the program. The nature of the conditioning program will vary depending on whether the sport is in season or not. During the off-season, conditioning programs can be quite rigorous. In season, conditioning programs tend to focus more on maintaining athletes' conditioning than on improving it. Conditioning programs also vary by sport and even by position within the sport. The second primary goal is to reduce athletic injuries. To that end, conditioning coaches often design regimens to strengthen body parts that are prone to injury in a particular sport. Andrew Moser, strength coach at Iowa State University, agrees, saying, "Student athletes can have a great training plan that improves their speed, agility, strength, explosiveness, etc., but if we can't keep them healthy and out there competing, then all of the training improvements don't help us." Thus to prevent athletes from getting injured during training, conditioning coaches must know the correct exercise and lifting techniques and be able to teach them to athletes. The conditioning coach also monitors athletes' general health, sometimes providing nutritional advice or referring athletes to a registered dietitian if they need more sophisticated nutritional counseling.
What I offer are as follows: * Personal training * Group training * Rehab programs * Sports-specific training * Competition training * Nutrition programs All of my training and programs are customized for each individual athlete to guarantee results!

Our training center and trainers utilize the best technology and tools available when performing CPR training courses. Tools utilized include American Heart Association (AHA) compliant cognitive feedback devices such as Prestan CPR feedback manikins or The Loop CPR gaming platform.
