Dustin is my personal trainer that has been working with me for several months now to get into the best shape, both physically and mentally. I have made great strides and feel like this is actually working this time. He has helped me understand that not all workout routines are created equal and that there will be good days and then of course bad days as well. He is an amazing person whose positive encouragement literally pumps me up so I can pump myself up. He is always there for me if I am having one of my moments and he will talk or call me if he feels like I need some extra accountability. His orchestrated workout and eating plans, plus his words of wisdom, have given me a sensation and belief that I can finally do this and be the person I have always dreamt of becoming, even at 50 years old. Because of our commitment to work together on this I have a better understanding of how to burn fat and build muscle in correlation with eating habits versus eating requirements. I always feel that I have his support and he always encourages and helps me see the positives that my negative side is blind to. I now understand that this is as much a psychological battle as it is physical. They both must be strong. I feel like I am experiencing with Dustin a more humanitarian approach to my weight loss as I am the benefits from the workouts itself. In other words, Dustin actually cares; where I found others didnt excel at like he does!

Devan isn't like any trainer I know, he wants the best for you and acts like it, he checks in with you and is consistent.....other trainers don't stick around like he does. I appreciate his talent and when I can I'll alway have something nice to say about him...and he know his stuff!!!

Brian is the BEST personal trainer in Las Vegas. He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable when it comes to all things fitness & nutrition. He is also a professional boxing instructor. Well when I found Marcia Washington, I was in need of a motivating inspiring trainer to get me started on a healthier way of life and to accomplish what I had set out to do. You see, I wanted to do a Spartan race, which is a 8 mile 23 obstacle course. I thought to myself, how can I do this? Well I found the one person that could help me with this task. She has done a race before. I worked with her for about four months or a little longer. Boy oh boy this was a amazon transformation for me. I ended up doing that Spartan race in 2 hours and 40min, wow, who would of thought that a 37 year old mom of three could do that in a small amount of time of training. Not only did she help me on my fitness goal, she also helped me see things a little clearer on what I wanted to continue to do with my fitness goal and my body and wellness of my life. So I continue to go to her for my training. Last December I had taken three weeks off of training and was still searching for something to change in my life. Well come January I went back to training, and started to feel a lot better. Then I decided to do something out of my comfort zone, yep I thought why don't I try a bikini competition show. I knew that I was with the right trainer, not only is she fit but she looks great. Every encounter I have had with Marcia, has always been great and uplifting. In the last four months, she has been training me, she has gone way over and beyond to accommodate my busy schedule and busy life. If I could post a picture of my before and my after, you would see the amazon transformation that Marcia and I have accomplished. Which is one that I could not of done without her. I was 168lbs and now I am, 140lbs and still going down. I have muscles that I have never seen before. I have had other trainers, but never have I had someone that is so amazing, uplifting and fun to train with. She has never cancelled on me, she has never just not shown up, and she is so committed to my training. She is always there for me with a great smile and ready to train me as if she had nothing going on in her life and only my training to do. I greatly appreciate her for all she does and the time she puts in for me and what she continues to do for me. It just amazes me on how I can get a phone call about my progress from my trainer and she is so excited for me when seeing the transformation side by side in pictures. It's like a proud momma of her daughter getting straight A's in school. My mother is no longer around, so to have someone share that type of excitement with me and for me, is a great feeling. I am so lucky to have her supporting me in my journey in a healthier way of life, and she is also the only one that could of made this possible. Ken Myers was my personal trainer for about 11 years when I was living in Los Angeles. He was and is a great trainer. I saw him three times a week and as a general rule we did chest and triceps one day, back and biceps one day, and legs and shoulders one day. He was very careful with how we did the exercises, and I never had an injury. He was also very good about not doing the same exercises; he liked to say "change it up" if he thought we were doing too much of the same thing. So sometimes it was chest and biceps and back and triceps. Ken has a great sense of humor and there were a lot of laughs in between exercises while I was recovering from the latest set. He is respectful of his clients and while he may have pushed me from time to time to try harder (which I needed), he never embarrassed me by saying stuff like, "Come on and give me two more good ones," after I had exhausted myself. He never tried to get me to look like "Arnold," but understood my goals, helped me to meet them, and when appropriate would encourage me to set new goals. He knows a lot of different ways to work the same muscle groups -- before Ken, I never knew there were so many different ways to do sit-ups. I really had a good experience working out with him all those years. He was patient and encouraging and got me in the best shape of my life.

I've been training with him for over six months now, and the results speak for themselves. I met Ryan Iverson through my friend, Joanne, who I have seen the significant changes in her body fitness, the look, the strength and how much she enjoys her work out with Ryan. It’s an unspoken testimony. Ryan is the most you can ask for or dream for your personal trainer. His work out sessions with me were prepared for me, for my body type & body conditions and my goal. It has been very hard for me to get into the gym either because of my work schedule or me just not being motivated. So, when I decided to get serious and go back I knew I needed someone to give me that extra push and motivate me again. I decided to try a personal trainer and I found Jordan! He is very patient and took the time to understand me and what I needed to reach my goals. He is an awesome motivator and although he pushes me, he understands my limits bit he motivates me to go beyond those limits because he believes I an capable. He is very flexible and goes above and beyond to accommodate a schedule that works for me which I am very thankful for. He is open to adjusting a workout if I feel there is an area that I am most concerned about. I have a hard time picking the right foods for my weight loss goal, thus he helps me establish a meal plan that will help me reach my weight loss goal and will help me adjust as needed. I could go on and on about how happy and lucky I am to have him as a trainer. He definitely motivates me to want to workout and makes me feel proud of my accomplishments after each one. I couldn't ask for nor would I want another trainer.

Trainer Jo has helped me get back in shape! With her personalize plans, you get to where you need and before you know you are fit again and ready to conquer the world! I was able to do Angel's landing and the Grand Canyon Rim to Rim with no problem during the same month! Before, I was not in shape enough to do it without consequences during and after... I hired Bonnie as a personal trainer .. at first I was just wanting to cut up I was in pretty good shape already but was needing some help in areas . After three months of training with Bonnie we started kicking around the idea of maybe trying to do a show .So we picked out a date and a show and the work began . Bonnie pushed me to levels I've never been to before . After twelve weeks of hard core exercise cardio and a stricked diet I walked on stage at the legends classic and took second my first show ! The following year she trained me I walked on stage at took first !!! And now she's started training me for a up coming show and with her professionalism and drive I know together we will bring home another trophy .

Tony is an incredible trainer. I told him what my goals were and he guided me to success. A great teacher with a lot of knowledge. It was wonderful learning about weight training and nutrition but add in the MMA. So much fun! I have used trainers before but what separates him from others is that he really cares about achieving your goals and his diverse training background is a great bonus.
