He did all the plumbing and installed a new faucet and sealed everything beautifully. He made extra sure that there were no leaks and that the jobsite was cleaned and Perfect when he was finished! We scheduled for the next morning, they showed up and went the extra mile looking down the pipes to see if the glasses were stuck down the line. Daniel is very hard working, honest & professional. I needed to move a floor drain to accommodate a new freestanding tub, and also stub out an entirely new valve and faucet on a wall that previously had no plumbing. He was able to get this done, and specifically in the way I wanted. Despite being newer to plumbing, Daniel took the most time to carefully analyze and explain the options that would make my pre-designed layout happen, whereas other larger plumbing companies required me to modify the entire bathroom design (e.g. building a platform to cover pipes vs. embedding them in the floor and wall) just to make the job easier for them. I hire a lot of tradesmen for remodeling projects, and I find that I have the most peace of mind when I find someone who’s easy going, honest about the scope of work required, and also fair with pricing - Daniel offers all of that and more. If you’re looking for a plumber who is committed to getting the job done right, hire Daniel.

Originally called for a "quick" swap out of our shower head and handle. The parts I purchased ended up not being compatible and our handle was extremely corroded. He walked us through every step and made sure we understood all of the options. He did such a great job we had him swap out our bathtub hardware along with our guest bathroom shower/bathtub hardware (as they were all the same age and were corroding and on their way out). All of our cartridges were replaced and all of our showers and bathtubs are working wonderful. Very professional, fair and quality work. I will use this company for all of my future plumbing needs.

Contacted for clogged toilet and sink issues. Arrives around 3pm MON 07/25. Easily fixed the clogged toilet. Now to the sink: Completed his assessment. Undid piping and made adjustments. He leaves says he'll be back today as agreed to switch out master toilet. I paid $182 for his visit. Time 3:30 pm. I leave our home having the confidence all worries were taking care of as he has great reviews here. I arrive home 9:30-10pm same evening to our surprise the entire master bathroom is flooded and wall behind sink he messed with now has water damage. I shut off water running to sink. This is now 6+ hrs since Christian left our property. I notify him immediately via Thumbtack and via text w/ video I took of what's going on. Christian agrees to come TUES afternoon. He expressed being busy w/ other projects across town from my location. I say, understandable, lets shoot for today WED 07/27 1-2pm. Christian agrees. He messages me today to push time to 4-5pm. I agree. Now he messages me saying: "My truck just broke down.." Water leaking into your walls leads to major problems including mold. I am a businessman, and understand time is of importance. Christian I DID NOT have a leaking issue before your visit. Make it right. ***UPDATE (08/01): Christian is a true professional. We communicated for him to come by today. Christian installed a new toilet in master bathroom to fix water-flow issues. Sink leak issues were addressed. Frustrations aside. Trust was restored. People can be rest assured in reaching out to him, and his team for all your plumbing issues.

My Plumbers, they came to this country from Armenia and I’m plum lucky that they did. My doorbell rang at 10:30 yesterday morning and the fellow who looked at my job the day before was there along with another older man. I showed them to my front bathroom and they got started right away. Soon they were joined by a third man. I left them alone to do their job and went and sat at my dining room table and worked on my laptop. I could hear them speaking in their native tongue as they went about their work. I never did figure out if they were a father and two sons, an uncle and two cousins or none of the above, but it is a family owned business and they worked together like a well oiled machine. They came and went back and forth to the Home Depot across the street from my place as they picked up my new toilet and other things that they needed to complete the job. They kept me in the loop each step of the way. They found the offending leak in a piece of PVC pipe that supplies water to my toilet. They ascertained that no damage had been done beyond my unit. They replaced the damaged pipe and replaced the water damaged sheetrock behind my toilet. They even installed a shut off valve at the base of the toilet so the water could be shut off there instead of having to go out to the water turn off panel in the storage locker on my front balcony. They finished the job, cleaned up the trash and debris, picked up their tools and were gone exactly three and a half hour after they arrived. The cherry on the cake was that the bill was about $300.00 less than I figured that it would be. This family owned and operated neighborhood business that is based just a couple streets over from our condo complex is now my go to place for all my future plumbing needs. And another minor ordeal is overcome
