- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is always the same but it does have a range when dealing with many different types of doors and the size and scope of work. Every job is different in its own way so we do range our costs about 100.00 in price therefore we can cover all basis of the job. We do not gouge customers! We are competitive all across the board.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we get the call, I schedule the job either right at a certain time or when were busy a give a 3 hour window for the technicians. Myself or a qualified technician will come out to your house inspect all area of the garage door and motor, make recommendations based on what we see and then attach a price to those parts in need to be replaced. We tell which parts are a necessity to replace and which ones can wait a year or two. Based in your budget you choose what path of service works best for you and we get the job done on the spot right away. We carry all the necessary parts to everything to ensure we don't have to make 2 trips saving everyone time involved. We work smart, fast and efficient with veteran expertise!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained by a lot of different manufacturers. I am IDEA certified. I have done commercial, industrial and residential overhead doors. We mostly stick to residential, but can do anything.
