Dustin does a good job picking out exercises he knows will work for you..additionally , he will talk to you about nutrition .. eating properly to get the most benefit out of training . Remember , personal trainers can only do so much. You must add input as well , ask dustin at times if your firm is right . If not, he will show you the right for so u get the best out of your sessions with him . Dustin is a very laid back guy, but he does care to help you help yourself to get in the best possible shape. I highly recommend dustin ad I have been training with him over a year on top of my own training. I've list 60 pounds and have packed on alot of muscle.

I've been training with Devan for about 3 months and let me just say I truly couldn't be happier. He is knowledgeable, motivating and is one of the best trainers in the industry. I don't always like him but man does he get you results. He is really good at pushing you but also learning and understanding your limits. Some how he knows when you can't do something and when you won't do something. I don't know if it's because of all his experience or if it's freaking magic or what but I feel very confident every time we workout that I'm getting the best possible workout with out risking injury. He works with people of all ages and sizes and he will custom tailor a plan (meal and workout) specifically for your goals. Whether it's wanting to just lose weight, rebound from having a baby or become a power lifter he can get you there. I highly recommend Devan and I'm looking forward to continuing my personal journey with his guidance.

Well when I found Marcia Washington, I was in need of a motivating inspiring trainer to get me started on a healthier way of life and to accomplish what I had set out to do. You see, I wanted to do a Spartan race, which is a 8 mile 23 obstacle course. I thought to myself, how can I do this? Well I found the one person that could help me with this task. She has done a race before. I worked with her for about four months or a little longer. Boy oh boy this was a amazon transformation for me. I ended up doing that Spartan race in 2 hours and 40min, wow, who would of thought that a 37 year old mom of three could do that in a small amount of time of training. Not only did she help me on my fitness goal, she also helped me see things a little clearer on what I wanted to continue to do with my fitness goal and my body and wellness of my life. So I continue to go to her for my training. Last December I had taken three weeks off of training and was still searching for something to change in my life. Well come January I went back to training, and started to feel a lot better. Then I decided to do something out of my comfort zone, yep I thought why don't I try a bikini competition show. I knew that I was with the right trainer, not only is she fit but she looks great. Every encounter I have had with Marcia, has always been great and uplifting. In the last four months, she has been training me, she has gone way over and beyond to accommodate my busy schedule and busy life. If I could post a picture of my before and my after, you would see the amazon transformation that Marcia and I have accomplished. Which is one that I could not of done without her. I was 168lbs and now I am, 140lbs and still going down. I have muscles that I have never seen before. I have had other trainers, but never have I had someone that is so amazing, uplifting and fun to train with. She has never cancelled on me, she has never just not shown up, and she is so committed to my training. She is always there for me with a great smile and ready to train me as if she had nothing going on in her life and only my training to do. I greatly appreciate her for all she does and the time she puts in for me and what she continues to do for me. It just amazes me on how I can get a phone call about my progress from my trainer and she is so excited for me when seeing the transformation side by side in pictures. It's like a proud momma of her daughter getting straight A's in school. My mother is no longer around, so to have someone share that type of excitement with me and for me, is a great feeling. I am so lucky to have her supporting me in my journey in a healthier way of life, and she is also the only one that could of made this possible. Ken is one the best personal trainers I have had. He is creative, encouraging, always watching form, changing up a session according to a client's need and making a workout customized for each client's level and ability. He's funny which for me is a HUGE plus and I cannot rave enough about him. You will be in the very best hands if you hire and work with Ken.

Jordan is the 1st personal trainer that I've used and have actually come back to. He took my goals and eased me into workouts that are building my core but targeting my goals at the same time. In a few short sessions I've not only dropped some weight but I've also noticed the difference in my body as it's slowly changing. He answers any questions I may have during the week and helps with nutrition. He even has me adding greens to my daily smoothies and I dislike greens.. Tifani helped us as a receptionist and host for a 150+ person plus private reception. Her role was to verify guests before allowing them to enter. Her calm professionalism and attention to detail allowed her to turn away over 40 people who attempted to crash the party without incident. One must assume she brings this level of care and professionalism to her physical training as well. I'd hire her for either task in a heartbeat.

Trainer Jo has helped me get back in shape! With her personalize plans, you get to where you need and before you know you are fit again and ready to conquer the world! I was able to do Angel's landing and the Grand Canyon Rim to Rim with no problem during the same month! Before, I was not in shape enough to do it without consequences during and after... I recovered so fast that I went on a mountain bike trip the week after. I am so happy that I got the nerve to get a personal trainer to get me where I need to be! Thanks again trainer JO!
I lost almost 10 pounds in 2 months while using Tessa as a personal trainer! She is great! She doesn't recommend any crazy crash diet but a sensible meal plan to go along with your work out routine. I found it easy to follow & saw results right away! I loved her & I think you will too.
I hired Bonnie as a personal trainer .. at first I was just wanting to cut up I was in pretty good shape already but was needing some help in areas . After three months of training with Bonnie we started kicking around the idea of maybe trying to do a show .So we picked out a date and a show and the work began . Bonnie pushed me to levels I've never been to before . After twelve weeks of hard core exercise cardio and a stricked diet I walked on stage at the legends classic and took second my first show ! The following year she trained me I walked on stage at took first !!! And now she's started training me for a up coming show and with her professionalism and drive I know together we will bring home another trophy .
