I started working out with Keith in the beginning of 2011. I had a child and still hadnt lost the weight I wanted. I had ALOT of toning up to do. I knew I didnt have the motivation to work out on my own so I decided to look into personal trainers. I googled personal trainers in my area and lots showed up! I eliminated people who didnt have a picture and I compared services and prices. Keith seemed the best so I emailed him. He came to my home and my apartments gym. He was extremely nice and helpful. We could laugh and joke around while still being productive. He was relentless about eating right and exercising. He would text me everyday to see how I was doing. I was always reminded of my cardio that needed to be done and different meal options I could choose. He even went grocery shopping with me to show me the things that I buy that are ok and some better alternatives for others. The time he spent doing that and texting me was on his own time. He wasnt doing that because he was getting paid it was just because he cared. I also found myfitnesspal extremely helpful. Its a website that allows you to track your food and calories along with your exercise. I was shocked to know that some days I wasnt eating enough calories! I didnt realize that could prevent weight loss. It was also extremely rewarding to see how much more you can eat because you worked out that day. Seeing how many calories your actually eating in one sitting if your just munching on snacks is very eye opening. I learned tips and tools that will last a life time. If I had the money I would still be working out with Keith. If you want someone to help you reach your goals and support you in the process Keith is your man!
I know what your thinking "ughh reviews they never write the real experience" well duh you have to be there to experience it ! She was so enlightening with how you're supposed to maneuver the weight until you get it perfect. I was self conscious at first but she made me feel right at home. In my opinion she really encompasses the title professional trainer. Make an appointment, why not ? Prices are just right and you'll walk away with a smile.
I have been hearing about this trainer for years. I came in from out of town and booked a session with him. Shawn was very knowledgable in the gym and the transformation I have personally seen in people he has worked with is nothing short of astonishing. He pushed but was not overkill. He listened and spotted correctly. Shawn is hands down one of the best trainers I have ever worked with or seen. I will be back for more!!!!
Aida Robles has not only helped me physically but with determination and time has helped me mentally to go far beyond what I was able to go in my own routines. I've had previous physical trainers but what makes Aida stand out from the rest is that she cares for her people she's training. She has pushed me so far beyond my own limitations that I never knew I could go. If it wasn't for her I would not have been this guy to keep pushing at everything I do in life. Aida also had taken great steps to figure out what I really needed as well with what my goals were and mixed them together to help me get my goals met. She's helped me get back some rotation back into my hand where I was once injured. I don't want anyone but her training me cause I know she cares enough to get me the workout I need as well to fit in between what I'm asking for. Art Aranza

Joining BUFFCamp helped me jump start my fitness journey! Not only did he tailor a workout regimen specific to my needs and wants, he motivated me and readjusted my plan along the way as needed. He was very knowledgeable in every area. I hate cardio and the thing I loved most about my plan was I didn’t have to spend long periods of time on a treadmill to lose weight. Brandon Lugo is a great trainer. I met him as a chubby dude with a major knee injury. Brandon's theory is about the natural way the body moves, keeping the tendons and joints strong. I have lost 25 lbs and am completely mobile again. I can run, squat, jump, and do normal things. I will always have knee issues but I have learned to manage them through his method.
About 6 months ago, I had a really gnarly cliff jumping accident which left me unable to exercise for 3 months & forced to modify my exercises for 6 months which atrofied the little muscle that I had. I wanted help getting back on the horse & I had success with a trainer when I was 17 (I'm 22 now) who was able to target the areas that I wanted but my experience with trainers since then has been dismal at best. I've seen about 3 different trainers in Vegas alone in the past month with the sole purpose of bodybuilding the muscles in my butt. I've told all of them that I wanted to avoid overworking my arms, didn't want to hurt my back & most importantly wanted to REALLY active my glutes (every girls dream, right??). None of them delivered until I met Jordan. It's the day after my first workout & im sooooo sore in all the right places (hello new butt here I come!!). I expressed my concerns & he took the time to make a custom workout for me BEFORE the session (how awesome is that??). He kept track of my reps (something all trainers should do but few actually do), encouraged me to push myself, seems to genuinely care & has a great smile to boot. I'm his new fan!! When I told him that I have a predisposition to back pain, he repositioned himself to make sure my back was staying straight so I wasn't hurting myself & that made a world of difference. He also kept checking with me to make sure I wasn't hurting my knee & made sure I had knee pads if it was required which was really nice. The way he set the workouts up, my knee didn't hurt at all (yay!) but he didn't make me feel like I'd be whining if I said it did. Im impressed with his patience, dedication & attention to detail. His package deal is also incredibly affordable which is awesome because I really wanted to hardcore train my glutes 3 times a week. I'm super freaking excited to post before & after pictures because I know Jordan will deliver!! Jordan is the epitome of affordability meets quality & he deserves all the praise in the world. He's charming, affordable & delivers results according to what YOU want (that's a biggie right there). I brought my son to train with Don for about 2 months in between his High school basketball and summer AAU seasons with focus on basketball specific strength and conditioning. In that time period my son gained 10 pounds overall with about 8 pounds of muscle, his vertical jump increased by 4 inches and his overall stamina has vastly improve. Chase is an amazing trainer. He not only helps you reach your goals but he does it safe so you don't hurt your body in the process or injure yourself. He's very dedicated to his work and cares about helping his clients. He's taught me the proper posture and form to have while going exercises. He's taught me about nutrition. I've texted him when I'm out and clueless of what to eat because of course who wants to eat lettuce?! He will help you choose the better choices while still injoying what you eat instead of feeling like you are eating cardboard. He also has awesome rates that makes him different then most trainers.
