Going through a bunch of big chains and getting quotes and already feeling the concern of the customer service aspect missing I ran into the salty handy one through the reviews here. It’s a choice that I have come to cherish. The quality of work, the punctuality of the installer Juan, who was pleasant by the way, and very polite, was unmatched. Not only does he do the work at a high level, but he explains the work as he’s doing it in real time. He explained how it works what it does and what I would need to do if I ever wanted to any issues moving forward. My wife was ecstatic because she finally got her clean water that she’s been waiting for and my pockets were very happy because he’s affordable professional, and most importantly ON TIME!! thank you Juan I will recommend you to everyone I know"See more

The previous company said the blower motor needed to be replaced and to do that the joists had to be cut out. Terry took a look at what they left him and within 5 minutes said the problem was a burnt solder joint. He resolved my issue in less than an hour. He is an expert at his work and very professional and easy to talk to. Overall awesome experience with this company!! They are now my preferred HVAC company and Terry has the knowledge and customer focus that any consumer would want."."See more
