I need to give them TEN STARS! Decided to have a last minute holiday party. Charlene worked with me on every detail even after I changed the time and menu twice. Her staff showed up on time, were very professional yet fun and setup everything quickly. More importantly the food was FANTASTIC! My guests raved about everything and there was enough food for seconds and thirds. The servers cleaned up everything spotlessly & packed up my leftovers. Who does that??!! THANK YOU for making my holiday party a big success I will definitely use Ecstasy Events for every future party I have!
Mrs. Woods was exceptional when I had her as a party planner for my daughter's birthday. She was very professional and knew exactly how to interact with the kids. Pierre was absolutely fantastic. He excelled at preparing a very difficult and involved 5 course menu for my dinner party of 10. I will, without hesitation, hire him again for any of my private functions or parties. You cannot go wrong hiring this professional and very competent chef.

I really could not have asked for a better wedding planner/decorator. From the initial meeting, great communication, creative and inventive ideas, and a beautifully delivered wedding reception - I had a positive and great experience working with Rachael. I had a lot of ideas and she really helped me fine-tune what I wanted and needed. She has so much creativity that combined fun, fresh ideas with traditional concepts to create a lovely, warm reception atmosphere. She surprised me with extra add-ons that made the day even more special. She was professional and truly cared about making our wedding day everything that we wanted and more. I can’t imagine working with a better caterer than Lisa Marie’s Catering. Stay with me here for a minute as I have a lot to say about Lisa and her team. First of all, she’s wonderful to work with, accommodating, punctual and easy to communicate with, plus her food is nothing short of fantastic. I work with caterers around the country as I bounce around hosting events for a national company. Because I plan everything from the West Coast, I need accessible vendors I can count on even if I’m hundreds or thousands of miles from them. Not only is Lisa a true professional, but she also has the patience of a saint. When I was waiting months for a venue to confirm my event date, Lisa worked with me, putting my mind at ease and holding my event date. When I asked her the same questions three times, just to be sure, she confirmed and assured me everything was taken care of – and it was. Her bar manager, Mark, texted me the evening before my party for 200 to ensure all details were taken care of and offering services the morning event if necessary. Even with all of this above-and-beyond customer service, I wasn’t prepared for the day of the event. One of their team members arrived early, quite early. Instead of sitting around and waiting for his team, seeing me setting up, moving tables, etc., he jumped right in and helped until his co-workers arrived and it was time for him to “work.” Everyone involved was all smiles, friendly and efficient. As the event started, I was treated like a guest with both Lisa and Mark checking on me, offering drinks and food. I chose an eclectic mix: ahi tuna bites, antipasta skewers, petite BBQ pork and slaw sandwiches, various crostini and more. Of course, her team’s handcrafted margaritas were a huge hit. Actually, everything was a hit! Although I can’t say enough good things about Lisa Marie’s Catering and every, single person I worked with, I have to get back to work!
Tina Weghorst of Events to Remember, was the best and smartest part of my wedding budget. Without her the day would not have been set up so amazing. I got married to my best friend on Nov 16th. When we decided to get married in Las Vegas I honestly thought it would take a few phone calls and everything would just fall into place. 2 months prior to the wedding, I still had not found an Elvis officiate and had very little planned for the big day. Thatâs when I decided to get a planner. Tina Weghorst made everything perfect. I know that weddings are supposed to be flawed. I know that no one can honestly say that their weddings went off without a hitch but I can. Tina made our day wonderful. After picking her from 5 wedding planners that thumbtack referred, I conversed with her several times up until I got to Las Vegas, 2 days before the wedding. I met with her just the day before. On the day of she came in and helped decorate. As I was getting beautified by the awesome make-up and hair artist she referred (Make-up in the 702), Tina completely transformed my hotel room into a beautiful wedding venue. I didnât have to worry about anything. It was so relaxing to know she had control of the entire function. You should know that she also helped me find the Elvis who was incredible and the after wedding dinner venue. As well as, the family dinner the night before. Anyone can tell that Tina Weghorst, truly loves what she does. I believe that made all the difference. Thank you Tina!!!
I’m so very happy to have found all for me parties. Being an out of town bride I was pretty skeptical at first to pay someone to set up a candy buffet when I could have done it myself. I even held off a few months before I finally committed and I am so glad I did. The set up was beautiful and thought out. Everyone loved the candy,cake pops and popcorn. I even loved the popcorn the next afternoon it was nice to have some left over. We didn’t have to worry about set up or clean up. She was there when she said she would and I couldn’t be happier to have one less thing on my to do list, thank you so much as soon as I get photos from the photographer I will post them! My husband and I got married a few months ago at The Wynn in Las Vegas. We live in Dubai and had been trying to organise the event for many months until we hit a brick wall the time difference made things very tricky. After lots of research, we came across Paulina Clute. She emailed back almost immediately with all the information and some great ideas. She is super creative and came up with some really unique twists to make our day special. She video skyped with us every week and we received almost daily updates on the plans. Paulina also helped take our original ideas and make them a lot more cost-effective and stylish. For example, we wanted to rent a fabulous hotel suite for the after party, but the taxes and costs were really high, so Paulina found us the exact same suite that we wanted, but privately owned which really helped to bring down costs. She also took our favourite foods (burgers & grilled cheese) and made them gourmet, offering our guests luxurious mini versions of all their favourites. While we wanted to keep the event classy, we also wanted our guests to experience a little Las Vegas fun, so Paulina helped us trick out the suite with cool touches, such as an in-suite poker table with a dealer, a menu of custom cocktails, and limo buses stocked with mini Moet bottles to take our guests from the ceremony to our party. When we walked into the after party, Paulina and her assistant has transformed the space, everything was completely set up the fire place was on, the DJ was playing our favourite tunes, the food was ready and bubbly poured. There were candles on every surface and beautiful flower displays which Paulina had done herself! As our guests all travelled from international countries (from Australia to England!) we wanted welcome packages to be delivered to their hotel rooms. Paulina found the boxes, custom labels, ribbons and everything inside which included an itinerary for the trip, sunglasses, asprin, mints, playing cards with our initials on them and lots more. She sourced every single item and packed each box beautifully. Planning a destination wedding is difficult but Paulina was our woman on the ground, liaising and meeting with all the vendors to ensure we got the best price possible. The next day, Paulina was kind enough to pack up all our left over booze and bring it to our hotel suite. Its those extra efforts that make her service so special. Her fee is extremely reasonable considering everything she does trust us, we could not have done it without her. She made the entire process easy and fun, and made sure we relaxed on the day and had fun with our friends and family who had travelled so far to celebrate with us. At previous weddings, so many of my married friends were not able to thoroughly enjoy their big day due to stress and planning, but we were lucky enough to have Paulina and enjoy every minute. We cannot recommend her enough, she is brilliant and will be incredibly helpful. She is professional and fun exactly what youd want in a wedding planner.
I didn't know how I was going to pull off getting the decorations for my sister-in-laws 50th birthday celebration at the pool cabanas in Vegas. Not being in town and not having the ability to do any of the legwork myself, I was trusting in Pro Party Planners and they exceeded my expectations and handled everything in the most professional manner. I didn't have to worry about anything other than having fun!

Liberty Parties was a big hit! We were the most active booth at the convention. We had a couple tables set up to draw in the crowd and did just that! The table dealers were a lot of fun and professional at the same time. I'll definitely use Liberty Casino for my next party or corporate event! They are Outstanding!

I hired Spin Doctor Entertainment for my son 21st birthday party. I was very impressed with the performance of the DJ and how well he controled the dance floor. The DJ was the life of the party, I will definitely rehire him for my next event.

Emily is beyond fabulous! She was there every step of the way from the day I contacted her. What I like most is her professionalism, creativity, thoroughness and that she worked with me on how much involved I wanted to be with the planning. Another great asset is that she is great at communicating with myself and vendors. With her I never felt like I was "in the dark" about a topic. There was never a doubt in my mind that she would not be able to deliver. And on top of it all the wedding turned out AMAZING! I don't think I could have dreamt the wedding better myself. With Emily and her planners my wedding day was not just phenomenal, but our best day ever!
