BC Builders did a first floor hardwood floor install in my home this past spring. I have been waiting to write this review to ensure the floors would remain in place, not warp or otherwise fail due to the install. As floors become exposed to temperature changes, humidity and foot traffic they can quickly degrade if not installed properly and it is with much pleasure I can confirm the floors are still as beautiful and intact as the day they were installed. Willian is great to work with, his pricing is ultra competitive and he is exceedingly knowledgeable about flooring installation. He correctly advised me on multiple items and I am glad I went with his advice. His crew works fast and efficiently and does the job right not just quickly. I would highly recommend using Willian and his team for any of your flooring installation needs.

We had a few difficult areas, as we have a radiator heat system and floor outlets, but when brought up concerns he and his crew were able to figure it out so that overall the floor looks great. I had some laminate flooring installed, and it was not installed right. The floor squeaked the baseboards were sloppy. I found Kevin on Thumbtack and he did a wonderful job taking the floor up and putting it back down again. Now it no longer squeaks and the baseboards are perfect. He did it a professional manner and he got it done in less than two days I am very happy with my floor now. I highly recommend Kevin.

We worked with Don and team to replace our kitchen floor. The experience and quality of installation were fantastic! Initially we were looking for Don to stain our existing hardwood but he advised on an alternative route since the floor was engineered flooring. He is definitely a subject matter expert in flooring therefore we found his advice/ recommendations to be very helpful and appreciated. We ended up ripping out the existing wood floor and replacing with luxury vinyl to match the flooring in other rooms. We were worried about the transition from room to room and the leveling of the floors. The result is FANTASTIC. The transitions from room to room are beautiful. You can’t even tell that they were installed at different times. The quality of the work is great. He showed up on time, took his time to perfect the project and went above and beyond to help remove rotted sub floor. Strongly recommend Don and his son-in-law. The initial communication was a little spotty and something they can definitely work on but also understand they were very busy.
