I asked questions about the part that was repaired and he was knowledgeable about how long it usually lasts. Also, what may happen if the whole stove was replaced. It was a terrible experience. We paid for the repair they replaced a part but that was not the part they needed to repair my stove. We called them and they wanted to charge an additional $150. I tried calling them many times. They will not return my calls. I’m going to file papers with the small claims court we have already called our credit card company and cancel our payment. They have our original $150. Deposit. I would never recommend this company to my worst enemy. I’ll find another repair service to repair my oven.

Edward arrived on time and immediately got to work. He is simpatico, courteous, and very professional. He knows what he is doing! He replaced the oven timer on my stove efficiently and in a minimum amount of time, and cleaned up the work area before he left. I highly recommend Edward (Techsaviors) for any kind of serve you need. He is apparently qualified to do all manner of services in addition to a stove repair.

$265 for an oven igniter replacement. Told Alex to give us a few minutes to approve the cost only to find out that it was already fixed, proceeded with the repair without a go signal, and is charging us for something we did not approve. Threatened to install back the broken igniter if we don't settle the balance, and required us to pay $75 for service call fee leaving us with no choice but to pay the overpriced estimate for igniter replacement. The communication is clear from our end but still, they proceeded to repair even if we don't agree with the amount. UPDATE: I spoke to Mike, he's really nice and apologetic about it. I commend them for their good after-sales support!
