In my first consultation with Coach Alessi he told me he would change my life. In a little over a month he has done just that. I lost 4 inches on my waist and dropped my BMI 4 points as well as changed my attitude toward physical training. Coach is nutritionist and a physical therapist in addition to being a trainer. He always challenges emphasizing safety and I leave my private sessions with a feeling of well being and accomplishment. I would highly recommend Coach Alessi to anyone at any age. I am 67 yo and have never felt better!

I have never met trainers/instructors so passionate about the well being of others until I crossed paths with Ashley and Jeremy. Not only have they completely changed my life but they have guided me through my entire fitness journey from proper formation to nutrition. They helped me lose over 150 lbs and with the knowledge they have instilled in me, I was able to keep it off. Their studio provides a warm intimate but fun atmosphere and personally it have became my second home. All the class they offer are amazing and full of energy, my favorites are TRX and Zumba. I would strongly recommend giving them a try, it may be your best decision yet... I know it was mines!

I look forward to going to Rachel's class because I know I well be getting a great workout. Her routines change often so you don't get bored and you will always be encouraged to challenge yourself a little more each time. Her positivity, encouragement, energy and enthusiasm are big motivating factors for staying on track. Rachel also teaches you about proper nutrition and gives delicious sample diet plans that help you lose weight and stay full throughout the day. I highly recommend joining the Bridezilla Bootcamp!
