Latest Review: I can’t say enough wonderful things about MFG. I have PCOS and as a result, losing the weight has been tougher than ever. I’ve tried various trainers and other exercise regiments over the years. Nothing worked and nothing could help keep me motivated.
Fast forward to me finding MFG. Within a day of posting a search for a trainer, Erika from MFG reached out. Erika was so thoughtful, easy to talk to, and dedicated to setting me up with a trainer that could work best with me. Moreover, my schedule tends to be utterly inconsistent and all over the place. Despite it taking me a couple of month to sign up (I had surgery shortly after talking to Erika), I was so focused on getting my health and fitness back on the track to wellness. Even during my surgery and hospitalization, Erika sent me text messages that gave me motivation and support. Truly, Erika, if you’re reading this, that meant the world to me!
Once I got clearance to workout, I was set up with Ashley, who in one word is AWESOME. She has PCOS too, so she’s able to give me tips about eating a clean diet that’s good for PCOS sufferers. On top of that, Ashley is so flexible with what times and days she can come by. As someone who thought they hated to workout, thanks to Ashley, I genuinely look forward to post-workout soreness. She got a girl who works 12+ hour days, to work out 6x a week.
In short, i can’t say enough wonderful things about MFG. They’re truly caring, super- knowledgeable, motivating and life-changing!
