He tailors the sessions around what would be most helpful for you and doesn’t recycle cookie cutter routines. Beyond this I’m someone who always shied away from the gym because it was intimidating not knowing what to do with the equipment - if you’re the same you can be confident Mo will teach you and even make you feel at home in a gym setting.
