She is encouraging, make sure you have proper form to get the maximum out of our workouts, a wealth of information on nutrition, and truly wants you to meet the goals you have set for yourself. The nutrition information is wonderful, myself personal didn't realize how much even though I thought I was eating low fat and healthy, really was a large part of why I wasn't losing weight. The inches and weight loss with Beth helping me is life changing. She changes your workout to meet the goals on different mussel group's to maximize your performance and build strength. She is a wonderful person who loves her job and her goal is to make you healthier. Can't say enough about her, she is an awesome trainer, great friend, caring person, all around great person.
