Ellen was lovely to work with and very attentive and communicative which is essential when planning a party. My party was a small holiday one but the hors d'oeuvres she made were fabulous and the leftovers made wonderful work lunches :). Thanks Ellen!
Chris prepared a really great dinner for a party of 12 at our apartment for my husband's 30th. The food was absolutely delicious and creative. Overall, it was all great but there were a few areas of improvement; it was a little surprising that he didn't bring with him his own knives and that the bartender he used didn't bring any equipment with him (shaker, mixer, etc.)which we were told he'd be bringing. With that said, this was not a deal breaker for us as the food was delicious, creatively prepared on site, and presented well to all our guests.
We recently had a surprise birthday party for our daughter in the Armonk DeCiccos on the mezzanine level. It was fantastic. Francesca, who organized the catering, made it very easy for us to plan the party. The staff was also very professional and took care of any of our needs. The evening was a great success due to them. They even packed up the excess food for us to take home. The food was delicious and our guests commented on how tasty it was. We are glad we chose DeCiccos as our venue.
Nancy was amazing! If it wasn't for her I don't think my sons 1st birthday party (60 adults 20 children) would have went as well as it did. She showed up early and was ready to go. We rented a party room and the party before us left late leaving us little time to set up. We were scrambling to get everything done and she calmed us down and said "I GOT THIS" and set up all the food, drinks etc.... in time. She was also a wonderful hostess making sure everyone was drinking and eating properly. She will be my 'go to' going forward. Thanks so much Nancy!
I originally hired WMF for their candy buffet services which then expanded to their party planning skills. I recommend Ana and her team from top to bottom! Her suggestions to add color and decor to my daughter's Bat Mitzvah were perfect. She was open to any and all of my input with a can do attitude and was absolutely on point delivering all services promised. Ana knew I wanted to keep the budget tight and did all of the legwork to make sure she got the most competitive prices. Ana worked patiently with me despite changing my mind back and forth on several decisions. She is extremely hard working, fun, has a great eye for livening up space, helpful and willing to do what its takes to deliver and meet expectations, and is affordable. Despite having no sleep the night before the event, Ana and her team were right on time getting everything stage without missing a beat on the day of the party. Her candy bar was beautiful. I highly recommend WMF in any capacity, you will not be disappointed. I will without a doubt use her again for any future needs.
Tyler and his team have been bartending and running my Holiday Party for many years. They consistently go above and beyond and always do a fantastic job. In addition to making the best Bloody Mary I and my guests have ever had, they organized my party incredibly well, made sure everyone's glasses were always filled and kept food and other items stocked and organized. In short, they allowed me to enjoy my own party. They are incredibly easy to deal with and very flexible. I give them my highest recommendation and would not have a party without them.
Peter was lovely - a fun person and easy to talk to/plan prior to the party but as soon as he arrived, he went straight into work mode which I appreciated. He and his team did not have to ask me any questions for the duration of the event enabling my husband and I to truly enjoy our party of 35 guests. The presentation of the food was outstanding which elevated the vibe of the party in our eyes and well as our guests eyes - we received MANY comments on the creative presentation as well as the quality of the food.
She was great and di 4 different acts. The guys and gals at JFK Resident Engineers party all loved her. Great show.

I hired Platter Matters Catering for my 40th Birthday Party. Ivett did a phenomenal job planning the entire event! She took care of all the rentals and flower arrangements, too. Bernadett helped me create a custom menu(many allergies in the family). The staff was very friendly and professional. All of my guests raved about their food and service. Regina and her team were amazing! She catered a Bridal shower for me along with 5 other bridesmaid and the brides mom so you can imagine the amount of questions and wants we had! Regina was so patient and quick to respond. The day of was a gloomy day in NY with a race going on in the area but they delivered our vision beautifully!! And everyone loved the food and decor!! I would recommend 3rs to anyone looking for catering and party planning!!
Eleni was extremely helpful as I planned my daughter's baby shower. We stayed in touch and she offered suggestions during the planning phase. On the day of the baby shower, Eleni came early, helped me set up, kept our guests entertained with shower theme games (bingo, etc), took photos, and made announcements. She was extremely professional throughout and also did our favors, (delicious cookies in an elephant theme). All our guests adored her and many took her business card and plan to contact her for their future events. If you are thinking of having a party and need a coordinator, games, favors, etc. I strongly recommend you contact Eleni. She is a true professional!
I ordered 2 tents for my daughters graduation party one tent I ordered wasn't going to fit. So they came back the morning of the party with another tent and made it work. The following morning they were there to take it down. Great service

It was such a pleasure working with Rohanie and I highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a very detailed, thoughtful and thorough event planner and organizer. Rohanie was hired to help plan my 40th Birthday party which had an 80s Prom theme. She immediately showed her attention to detail in her initial room selections which had strict instructions for a room with windows. Boy did she ever find that! From there her careful organization and frequent check ins, lists, budgets, searches for vendors, etc went so smoothly that I never had to worry about a thing. The night of the event, Rohanie was on top of absolutely everything which allowed me to thoroughly enjoy every minute of the party with my guests. I am very thankful to have found Rohanie to plan my birthday party. I am so confident in her and her capabilities that I have referred her to other friends and family for more events. Joe and his team saved our entire private party on a 35-degree night by providing us with two commercial-sized heaters, delivering them, setting them up and helping us learn how to use them later all for a very affordable rate. I don't usually write reviews, but I feel I have to share with the world my wonderful experience with Andreea. I had my daughter's first birthday and baptism party this Saturday, April 22nd. I was short on time and overwhelmed with the arrangements and I couldn't find a decorator when Andreea replied to my message on thumbtack. It was a blessing dealing with her. The very next day we met to discuss how she would decorate the restaurant. I have never organized a party before,and I was short on time, so I placed all my faith in Andreea. I have to say this woman went out of her way to make it perfect, and honestly exceeded my expectations. She drove to my house to pick up the favors; she managed to make the most beautiful balloon angel arrangement; she added custom chocolates to my favors; she showed up early at the restaurant and decorated it while me and my guests were at the church, then came to clean up at the end of the party; she picked up my daughter's cake and incorporated it in her design; she made the cutest banners with my daughter's name...Basically she took care of everything, taking away all the stress of my shoulders. Her easy going personality and professionalism impressed me and my guests. The venue looked amazing and festive when we all showed up at the restaurant. All the balloons were in place, all the tables beautifully dressed...it was just perfect. All my friends kept asking me who did the decor, and I was proud to recomend Andreea. I feel she did an amazing job for the small fee she charged. She is always in touch, always on time...and considered all my requests. I could not be happier. My baby girl had a blast. Andreea is definitely my go to decorator for all my upcoming parties, she is just THE BEST. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANDREEA if you want your venue to look perfect and have not a thing to worry about.I will be sharing pictures of the venue when I get back the pictures from my photographer, since I didn't take many pictures myself. I have had the opportunity to attend two baby showers organized by One Eleven Events. The owner clearly was able to bring the expecting mother's visions to life! When I entered both baby showers (one was outdoor, the other was indoor) I felt like the theme was brought to life. The invitation, decorations, food, & party favors all matched the themes flawlessly. One Eleven Events pays great attention to detail and clearly takes pride in their work! They think about guests of all ages when preparing food and drinks at their events, which is something that other party planners tend to miss. The games, atmosphere and prizes were always memorable. From my experience One Eleven Events always put the client first and it makes for a great day!
Top party rentals had completed very thing I asked for and more. I asked for a simple but extravagant surprise baby shower and they did just that. It was more than I asked for and thought of. They worked at a timely fashion and came back right on time to take down the decor. I'm definitely going to ask for their service again and recommended!
