Having been a college athlete before I was used to lifting but wanted a new set of eyes to check my form and help with workouts. Kumar was great! He knew when to push and when to motivate. Regardless of the equipment available he was able to give great workouts that left me feeling I had done something. I started training with him 4 years and when I moved I still find myself using workouts he showed me in my every day routine today! In the process of training with him I lost about 40 pounds and also got my mom involved too.
