Wilton and his brother came to my store as promised and tried out their very best to help me with my problem with the Canon 3220 printer. Unfortunately, they could not really resolve the issue, not because of their inexperience, but because of my handicap of not having the Administrative password to uninstall and re-install the fiery software, but their efforts at finding a solution were absolutely ourstanding. They left no stone unturned and the way they worked with multi-pronged strategy was very appreciable. Even though they could not resolve the issue at hand they did arrange to enable an alternate printer to help me with my print jobs. I am sure I will contact them again and again for all my future needs. I have already entrusted them with some computer repair jobs and will get them to upgrade my entire network, in the near future.
