I hired Ani just about 6 weeks prior to my change of venue wedding. She was incredible! She was on top of everything, responsive to all communication, and overall did a fabulous job! I would refer her services to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator - 10/10!

Annie was such a wonderful addition to our pre-wedding planning team! She is organized, responsive, proactive, finds the positive in any scenario and has a calmness about her process, which helps to keep stress at bay, including a 20' super wrinkled veil, 1 hour before my ceremony! If you're a planner by nature like me, and a bit type A, you might not feel that you need a wedding planner. However, I found it as a great way to let go the week of the wedding, and because I knew I was in really good hands, I was able to be present and truly enjoy our special day. Save yourself one less decision and just hire Annie to help you :)

Ani was the absolute best. She was so attentive and thought of literally every little detail. I cannot say enough great things about Ani! She was the glue that held the morning of my wedding together and my only regret was not having her throughout the duration of my wedding day. Our venue provided a coordinator, but she didn't touch Ani's level. Ani is prompt, professional, organized and so sweet! She is everything you could ask for in wedding planner/coordinator. She made me feel so comfortable and confident everything was going to plan. I, myself am very type A and she could tell I was very concerned about the timeline. She was there every step of the way telling me how much time we had left or that we were "doing good on time". Exactly what I needed to hear. In addition, she kept my now husband and his groomsmen in the loop at a separate location and kept us all fed and hydrated. She was the best friend I'd met twice, but couldn't have done without on my big day. Thank you Ani!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I love working with all kinds of people from all walks of life and am flexible when it comes to pricing & services provided. If a client would like to omit the rehearsal dinner in place of RSVP management or accommodation management, sounds great! If a client would like to figure out some other swaps for services, then I am all ears. Let's get creative and figure out the best way to make this day your dream come true!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Prior to setting up a contract or official quote, I love talking to future clients and getting a feel for what they want. From there, I can design an experience unique to them and address all their needs. After designing a custom quote and contract, we get to work! I love meeting up at least once in the beginning of the project and ironing out all the important to-dos and details. From there we'll have a minimum of 1 more meeting and countless phone calls and e-mails to get the day set up. One of my favorite tasks is setting up your ideal wedding/event day itinerary. This will dictate exactly what happens at what time on the day of the wedding/event. This is our blueprint! On the day of the event, I am there with you from the moment you open your eyes (bringing you coffee!!) to the minute you are done and hop in the car, setting off on your personal adventure.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have had 7 years of event planning experience, which includes: - 3 years of non-profit event planning, organizing charity fashion shows, galas, and luncheons - 5 years of corporate event planning and coordination, which includes planning for trade shows, extensive travel, and meetings, corporate retreats, and outings, schedule management, corporate management. - I started Ani Wolff Events to meet an underserved need, and have enjoyed every second of it!
