Charly was great! The food was equally as great! We made a minor (more like major) mistake or requesting Charly for a dinner for 4 people, where we actually needed it for 6! When Charly came over to start preparing, we realized we needed more food! Charly was quick to figure out how to make the courses work out with the food he already brought - he says he always comes prepared with extras! He even had extra menus, so that also worked out! He was also a good sport about stepping out with us on a quick supermarket trip and buy some extra main courses :-). All-in-all, we were impressed by his patience and preparedness even before he started cooking. As for the cooking, he prepared an amazing meal and his presentation of food is incredible! Like going to a Michelin restaurant at home. Hands down the best Chocolate lava cake we've ever had!!! Thanks Charly!!
Chris catered a dinner party at my apartment and everything was top notch. He arrived promptly, had enough time to get organized before the guests arrived, and looked very professional. The presentation of the food was as delicious as it tasted. My friend helped organize the menu and every course was more delicious than the next. I look forward to having him caterer more frequently, as well as teach cooking classes. Chris' professionalism and attentiveness was incredible. Thank you again for a wonderful evening!

My husband gave to me one 3-hours-class with Erika! More than a cooking class, I had the opportunity to talk and share ideas with someone that knows a lot about healthy food! That was great and exactly what I was looking for! During the class, I was able to raise all my doubts! Of course we prepared delicious recipes, but more important than this Erika shared all her knowledge! She gave me new ideas to improve my cooking and to prepare better (and delicious) food! Chef Melissa taught a cooking class for myself and 4 friends. She was very fun and informed us on proper cutting technique. We had a lot of allergies/food restrictions and Melissa was very easy to work with regarding these. Her recipes were healthy and delicious! Our menu included Sweet Potato Fritattas, Cod w/ Mango Salsa, Baked breaded artichoke hearts and Almond Butter Cups. We had a great time and would highly recommend her!
I’ve been working with Dianne for ~2 months now. We’ve had 4 sessions and I’m looking forward to many more! I worked with Dianne to increase my cooking repertoire, improve my skills, and learn how to meal plan. And in just our 4 sessions, I’m happy to say I’ve met those initial goals and I’m already setting new ones. I would, and am, highly recommending Dianne to anybody who is looking to learn some new skills in the kitchen. Dianne is friendly, informative, and encouraging throughout the whole process. Sessions last anywhere from 2-4 hours and we typically make ~3 full meals. Dianne is an incredibly well-rounded chef. We’ve made steaks, spicy chicken and lime soup, and (because she has a background in vegan cooking) even a delicious dairy-free fudge. She’s great at working with allergies and dietary restrictions. Learning how to break-down a whole chicken and properly cut an onion has made my time in the kitchen a lot more fun and plenty less stressful. If you hire Dianne in any capacity, you won’t regret it!
I hosted 13 people at my place and hired Alex to prepare canapes and a light dinner suitable for guests who were lounging about rather than a formal sit down. The whole process was really enjoyable and I'd totally recommend Alex. When we were planning, Alex asked questions, made great suggestions and I felt like the final menu came out exactly as I had hoped but with more depth and elegance. She was amenable, consultative and a calm energy throughout (even through my pre-party stress). It was the first time i've hired a personal chef and she walked me through the whole thing. She prepared beautiful filo cups with Warm Pea Crostini with Herbs & Greek Yogurt, Cod Medallions with Sesame, Lime, and Chili Oil, and Pan-Roasted Romanesco Cauliflower with Golden Raisins, Tahini, and Sumac. For the main, I had prepared a brisket which she finished up, and she made a lovely Farro Salad and Potato Stacks. Guests enjoyed everything (esp the Cod Medallions!). She was also able to adapt many of the dishes to accommodate a vegan guest (bonus!). The timing of the dishes worked well and but for the potato stacks which were a bit overcooked (I blame my oven which doesn't have a dial indicating temp), the dishes came out really nicely. As a host, the best part was knowing I could enjoy my own party after watching her ably navigate my kitchen and deliver delicious meals. Alex was discrete and warm with guests, answering any questions folks had. Totally recommend her.
I had a wonderful cooking class with Chef Michael Molleda. We chose a menu and he sent me the recipes in advance. He taught me how to prepare a variety of dishes. He made it easy, fun and the food was delicious. We plan on hiring him again!!
I (and two of my best friends!) just took a vegan cooking lesson with Chef Jackie! We had a blast, learned so much great culinary technique (inc. how to cut my veggies properly), and successfully made a delicious and filling meal. One of my new favorite things is her Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies (try them frozen)! Amazing!

Rae worked full time for my family as a personal cook. Because of her long hours, she had a lot of interaction with my family and me, and we came to know her quite well. We appreciate Rae so much because she values nutrition above all else and strives to make each meal tasty, new, and exciting while being healthy at the same time (although we often enjoyed delicious desserts as well!). We are a family of four, with various tastes and dietary needs. Rae was able to take into consideration all of this and tailor the weeks menu around each family member, including special fasts, dairy-free, vegetarian, fat-free, and always low-calorie options. She also cooked for different holiday parties, some of which were religious with specific requirements. Rae worked independently and proved to have good judgment. She was frugal when shopping, buying not only the appropriate amount, but also conscious of markets with the best value for the best products. Rae was always on time and reliable. Her honestly allowed me to be comfortable having her in my home while were away, home with my children, and using my credit card as necessary. Aside from eating Raes meals, my favorite part of Rae being here was that I never had to make a decision regarding food she did everything from picking the menu to serving it. Rae is extremely passionate about her work and it shows every day. She is a true pleasure to have around.

Chef Lindsey is an amazing cook. Her food is amazing and full of flavor. I didn't know what exactly I wanted to serve my guest and she was able to devise a menu based on flavors I liked. I would describe the 3-course dinner menu as gourmet Caribbean cuisine. She also catered a brunch. Her poached eggs and homemade hollandaise sauce was divine. Yum! Yum! Anything you want she'll provide and much more.
Anastasia was extremely patient and an expert teacher. I took one of her cooking classes and learned how to chiffonade in less than 30 seconds! I've never even been able to do that, nor did I even know what it was! She's extremely engaging, understanding and her food is DELICIOUS. I highly recommend her for any party or cooking lesson--she won't disappoint!
We provide, along with product knowledge classes, cooking classes and team building events for 12 to 24 students in one of our five "live" demonstration kitchens.
