What do you love about your job?
I love that I get to do what I do in many different venues. I am able to do my job at my own facility, inside client homes, inside corporations, outdoors, during fitness retreats and the list can go on. It allows me to travel locally, as well as out of state. I enjoy all these while helping people reach their fitness and health goals.
What or who inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired by never wanting to put my future into the hands of corporate America or someone else. I wanted to be able to determine what I wanted to do and make it happen. I believe that this caused me to work harder, develop certain skills and view the world in a way. I would not have been able to see it if I was not doing what I do.
Describe your most memorable project.
I had several memorable project over the past two decades. I would have to say that the ones I remember the most are the ones where I take a woman who is mentally beat up, physically unhealthy, struggling to eat the right foods and reconditioned her mind from what society says. When they have been training for awhile and are starting to see and feel changes within their bodies is pretty extraordinary.
