Metro Fitness is a all encompassing fitness center. They cover it all from workouts, classes, pack training, personal training, nutrition talks and programs and are very results driven. One of the many things that sets them aside is their very personal attention when they are working with you, they listen very attentively and therefore offer sound and to the point advice as to what one should be doing to acheive best results. a recent example of their hospitality was when I tweaked my back, I finished the workout, was shown some stretches for the tweak and received a email that afternoon from trainer Chris inquiring how I was and if I needed any other stretching exercises, thats hospitality at its best. Rock on Metro, why didnt I DISCOVER YOU SOONER.

Tyler was my personal trainer for more than a year. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He motivated me to work hard and to reach goals. I have a past injury and he was able to modify my workouts so that I improved my strength and muscle and no longer have the need for medication. He also helped me improve my nutrition to help with getting lean and maintaining my goal weight. Great trainer, you won't regret your decision to train with him.

Rachel is working with me on nutrition and as a personal trainer. She is very motivating and supportive to me. She explains everything as you go so you know what muscles you are working on and adjusts the exercises if I'm not working the correct muscle group or to protect weak areas (back, etc.). I look forward to each session and feel great about how far I have come after each session!! Rachel also works with my 15 year old daughter to increase her strength and stamina for the upcoming basketball season. We both are stronger and happier after working with Rachel.
