Being a National Caliber Duathlete I was looking for the right person to take me to the highest level in my training and racing. . Terry's knowledge and excitement with wanting to get me there was unbelievable. I am so excited about my upcoming training sessions with Terry to see what he has come up with for me. Terry bases each person's needs on an individual basis not a one show fits all scenario. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking to improve diet and fitness.

I am a 57 year old male. I came to hector with very little body strength and endurance. We would meet 3 times a week-rain or shine or snow for that matter in an outdoor park near my home. After a few short months of consistent guidance and compassionate motivation I made huge changes in my body and effort level. By really understanding my limitations he helped me overcome the mental as well as the physical to the point where I am now proudly able to say I increased my strength by 50% and I can do planks from anywhere from 2-5 minutes effortlessly.
