Emily's pilates classes are both challenging and fun. She gives instruction and encouragement in a way that motivates me to work harder, while still maintaining my form. Emily is attentive and quick to point out any issues with form, which helps me get a better workout and prevents injury. She knows just how to push her students to the next level- I'm always surprised to find I can do just a little bit more than I believe I can, and because of Emily, I'm able to work my body even harder than before. On top of all of that, Emily is super sweet and very fun, making her pilates class seem more like a good time versus a boring workout.

I recently started training with Dianne, and I am very happy with the challenging yet "soft" regime, particularly because of my goal of building muscle but remaining feminine in appearance. The combination of yoga, TRX, and Pilates, makes for a perfect training routine for me. I would reccomend Dianne to anyone looking for solid training.
I have been taking exercise classes with Robin for the past 3-4 years. She is a great teacher who is able to work with people with all kinds of fitness abilities. I really enjoy her classes and feel that I get a challenging workout in them. She is a trained dancer with expertise in yoga and Pilates. In addition to being an excellent instructor, Robin is friendly, patient, and helpful. She is very encouraging and creates an atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable.

Amanda is a combination physical therapist, pilates instructor. She is incredibly professional, and a delight. She is a dancer by training who switched to pilates after an injury and has been very helping at both building core strength and strengthening my injured IT band. She is a genius at working around injuries to give you a full bodies pilates workout. Her fee is in line with other instructors in my neighborhood.
Lenny and Dario at Personal Best are...well...the best!!! I cannot say enough good things about them. Within the first year of training there I was down 80 pounds!!! I am coming to the end of year number two with an additional 30 pounds lost for a total of 110 pounds that went bye-bye. That's the obvious benefit of my time at PB Fitness. Their facility is always clean and has the latest equipment. They are always furthering their own education researching the latest in diet and exercise and bringing that education to their clients. I've become so interested in diet and fitness because of the gym that I've started down the road of becoming a trainer myself. Another thing I love is their attention to me as an individual. They do not have cookie cutter big box gym diet and exercise programs that they just hand out to everyone. They take the time to understand what I specifically needed. Took into account past injuries, what I enjoy doing, what my specific goals are, and things like family history, allergies, and food sensitivities on the diet side. Checking in with me multiple times a week via text and phone keeps me motivated and gives me a feeling like I am part of their family. Give them a try...your body will thank you!!!
I have had several personal training sessions with Dale, with the focus being pilates and stretching. He brings many gifts to his work, including clarity in his explanation of exercises (helpful for someone like me who is directionally challenged!!), patience, good humor, and constant encouragement. He is not in a rush to get through the routine, and it seems as if he is a good judge of a client's progress, and plans for the next session accordingly. In my estimation he is well worth the time and money. I'm very happy to have gotten to know him, as he is a sweet and caring guy, and I appreciate his expertise. I totally recommend him.
Rachel is amazing. She completely understands the body, and ensures that you are doing things correctly throughout the entire session. Her varied background allows her to teach in a way that other Pilates teachers just can't. She's also kind, approachable, and makes you feel completely comfortable.
