Dwayne is an excellent trainer. He's very professional and makes you feel comfortable working with him. His workouts can be intense but if you want results then that's what you need.The training sessions vary so you're not working the same body part all the time and you're not bored. You have guys who say they are personal trainers and then you have personal trainers and trust me he is a great Personal Trainer

Her workouts are challenging and fun, she is always punctual and upbeat, and she is very attentive to any problem areas you might have, adjusting the routines accordingly. There are personal trainers that do the job simply to fill time in between their "other" job. This is not the case with Maik and his team. Their entire life is dedicated to health and fitness. They specialize workouts for you and push you to your limits with no judgements or egos getting in their way. I'm am not one to recommend people lightly, know that Maik is the real deal.
I have had three personal trainers at different times in my life. Neil absolutely is the best one! He is very professional! I have been training with him for over six months. He helped improve my workout to another level within the first 3 weeks. And my body shape changed very quickly. I cannot run due to my knee problems. Neil has helped me figure out a way to do a good cardio without hurting my knees: walking on the treadmill for one hour with incline 15 and speed 3.0. He is very knowledgeable and professional!!!!! Highly recommend!
