Our pricing is based on the level of experience you’re looking for: • Basic: For a more traditional experience, with classic dishes that are comforting and familiar. • Indulge: A step up, featuring upscale dishes that blend tradition with modern flair, offering a more refined experience. • Exclusive: Our highest level of quality and service, with an exceptional, bespoke menu designed to deliver a truly unique and memorable dining experience. Each level is tailored to fit your vision and preferences, and we will discuss the details to ensure we provide the best value for your needs. Travel or equipment fees, if necessary, will be clearly outlined upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, the first step is always a consultation. I like to discuss their event vision, dietary preferences, and any specific themes or cuisines they want to explore. I then create a custom menu based on these discussions, keeping in mind the size of the group, the style of service (buffet, family-style, or plated), and any dietary restrictions. Once the menu is approved, I begin sourcing the finest ingredients, and we work together to finalize logistics. On the day of the event, my team and I handle all preparation, cooking, and service, ensuring a seamless experience for the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have formal culinary training, with experience in multiple award-winning kitchens. I’ve worked at James Beard-nominated restaurants and have received hands-on training in both classic and modern culinary techniques. Beyond formal education, my years of experience working under accomplished chefs have taught me the nuances of fine dining, menu development, and creating bespoke experiences. I also continue to learn and stay inspired by industry trends and new techniques, ensuring I offer fresh, innovative ideas to clients.
