Brian parana crossfitintent has been my trainer for over 5 yrs. Whether you are looking for a start to a new you or continuing a regiment of rigorous training he will accomidate. I am a 62 yr. Old male who has been able to accomplish such results that it has permitted me to completely to quit my blood pressure medication and appreciate the results that I have made. Brian will occomidate anyway he can & most importantly he is a good friend of mine. My recommendation is that he would be the first to give a try!
Eric is professional and knows the job of personal training, and also gives advice on nutrition, sleep and life coach issues which is above and beyond the aspect of personal training, training took place at his east side location at 7am
Excellent workouts. I didn't dread working out because each workout was different. Being able to train in the convenience of your own home is awesome. And it was amazing how much you could do with little to none of your own equipment. Her training is not just for beginners; she tailors it to meet your current fitness level. I would definitely recommend Maria.
So far I appreciate the one-on-one training and working with me to keep things simple with both nutrition and working out. They really paid attention to my starting point and what fitness level that I was at. Can't wait to continue to work with them going forward
I feel fortunate to have met John Drumm at this point in my life. After a number of years working with a few different personal trainers there is so much that sets John apart. Most importantly, he genuinely cares about your goals. Secondly, he has a wealth of professional knowledge and experience to help you. When I started training with John I had some knee problems, so we started with upper body and core strength training. I knew it was working when I started sweating excessively! I bike often but after a while my weight loss slowed down and I needed to change my routine. I never thought that I would like strength training as much as I do now. John makes sure that you train safely, correctly and that every workout is challenging. After each session, I feel so good physically and mentally and it seems like anything is possible! In addition to being a great personal trainer, John is very honest about sharing the importance and impact of food, sleep and stress on one's weight loss goals and overall healthy living. His blog is also very informative and inspirational. John is a good, positive and encouraging person to be around and his advice is very valuable. I very much enjoyed working with Mike. He exhibited a thorough understanding of his field and introduced me to new techniques based on current philosophies of fitness and strength training. The owner, Andy, took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and was able to develop a plan to show me what I needed to do to achieve my goals. The results I gained speak for themselves (gained 15lbs of lean muscle over a year!! Increased my deadlift from 125lbs one rep max to 300lbs), but what I keep coming back to is how honest and authentic he is; how personal he makes the training. I will continue to train with fullscale because they care about me first.

They design personalized workout plans specific to your fitness goals and accommodate to your schedule. The trainers here are very motivating and it's obvious that they care about your success. My trainer, Bridget, took the time to get to know me and customized the best workouts! She helped me achieve my weight loss goal and build lean muscle, I could not be happier with my results so far! There is also a Registered Dietitian at Live Fit, which is incredible! I was able to consult with him and receive reliable nutrition advice, which has helped me reach my goals even quicker.
Christina Adler is outstanding. She not only understands different skill levels and limitations of clients, but also the kind of workouts each skill level requires. Christina has expertise in isolated and complex body movements and lifts. She understands how to partition and design workouts that flow effectively so clients see maximum gains in an hour or less of training time. Christina specializes in weight loss, strength and conditioning, and high intensity interval training (HIIT) amongst others. Her passion and dedication to her clients (rather than a "job") makes her retain and carry clients with her longer than most personal trainers. Christina practices what she preaches and makes sure to communicate that with her clients. She leads by example has has competed many times in bodybuilding successfully.
Lynn has done a great job showing me how to work my body through Cardio intervals, Strength training and Core exercises. I have her come to my home 3x a week to keep me on track to lose the extra weight and get me back on a track with my fitness. Its still a work in progress and Lynn has been very informative.
I have previously worked with Austin in the past and I have to say that he is one of the most thouroigh trainers I have ever met. He really takes the time to understand his clients goals and really map out a structure plan for them. Austin is very knowledge and that is shown through his previous and current clients results as well as his self results . Working with him and knowing him for over 4 years I have to say this guy adds a lot of value to the table when it comes to training.
Personal training with Chris has had a wonderful impact on my life in the last 5 months. I've gained considerable strength, lost weight, improved my energy level, and now I fit into a smaller shirt and pants size. I've also improved my mobility and flexibility. My body feels amazing! Chris has a very extensive knowledge of training regimens and effectively blends principles of strength training with yoga and soft tissue mobilization. He was very responsive to my concerns about old pre-existing injuries (knee, ankle, shoulder, low back just to name a few) and offers many ways to alter exercises to be gentle on the body. He is very professional and respectful and does a great job of taking notes and tracking our sessions to optimize our time together. His private studio space has plenty of equipment for a vigorous workout without the hassle of going to/being in a large gym. I've worked with about 4-5 personal trainers off and on in the last 20 years, and I'm thrilled to have found Chris!

I have been training with Jacob for 6 months. I have lost over 10% body fat and almost 20 lbs overall. When we started I was very intimidated by fitness, because there is just so much information out there. Jacob has done a great job not only showing me what to do to reach my goals, but holding me accountable to my goals. I have wanted to give up on myself many times even in the last 6 months, but he reaffirms me and helps to keep me motivated even during the hardest times. I owe my success so far to him and I plan on staying with him!
I came to Ken's Total Fitness and was not disappointed. I have lost weight and toned up tremendously and he showed me a range of exercises that vastly helped. Every workout kicked my butt, kept me on my toes and did different exercise every time, session with him never gets boring. More importantly, I was able to take the lessons I learned from Ken and carry them into my own training. At about $55/session, if you are serious, the money will be well spent.

I've been training with Kyle for 5 months and I really enjoy working with him. He's professional, reliable and always on time. Kyle brings equipment with him, and it's more than enough for me to get a great, challenging workout. With his help, I've also learned how to change my poor eating habits and how to eat to get great results. So far, I've lost 30 pounds and three dress sizes! Adam went well beyond my expectations. He is far better than any big gym that will nickel and dime you for subpar training. Adam delivers a full body workout with strength training and cardio in each session. He also plays whatever music you like, which is great.
