I was working with Matt from the past 6 weeks and its been, fantastic working with him. I have noticed significant change in my measurements with in a month, and I am extremely happy with it, and I am confidant that I will reach my set goals with in the next 3-4 months. He imparts moral confidence on your fitness and motivates you for the best results. He always takes my feedback and changes the workouts accordingly, so that my body wont hurt. He also provided the diet plan based on my existing diet to archive optimum results. Before working with Matt, I used to do the exercises regularly but could not see any progress, but after working with him and allotting the same amount of time that I used to spend my self, I saw a significant change. Though the changes are minor but they are the stepping stones to improve my fitness levels. Matt is not a magician to do miracles overnight and get the results instantaneously, but he cares about my body fitness. The only thing that Matt might ask is a dedicated commitment in myself to achieve my fitness goals. I would definitely recommend him as your fitness trainer if you are committed to your fitness goals. The best part is....He comes to us...rather than we go to his place. This saves us some travelling time and can fit it based on our schedule. .

Deciding to choose Jen as my trainer was the best decision I've made, hands down. I started training with Michelle in a bid to lose some of the stubborn fat around my middle section and generally tone up. What I achieved with Michelle’s help was far more than this! Using kettlebells and various bodyweight exercises, my overall strength and fitness improved so much in a short period of time that I was able to perform exercises I would never have attempted on my own.

Tifiro Cook is an excellent trainer for all body types and age groups. I started training with Tifiro in July 2014. He was very open to my fitness and nutritional goals. Being a fitness instructor I've seen how some trainers can be intimidating towards their client. You will not get that with Tifiro, he makes you feel like you have a true coach in your ear every step of the way. His training sessions are fresh and exciting. You will never get bored or run into a routine with him. Tifiro will push to improve mental focus to further achieve fitness milestones. Tifiro will mold your training sessions to your fitness level and physical abilities. As someone who has a chronic joint disorder he has assisted in keeping my knee healthy and strengthening up my quads to help support my knee. I have seen tremendous changes in my body that have people asking what I'm doing! When partnering healthy and clean nutrition with Tifiro Cook's training I know I can't lose. In addition Tifiro trains my son who has healthy fitness aspirations and to prepare him for sports when he is ready. My son looks forward to his sessions with T! I’ve been with Gentry for nearly 2 years now and can’t imagine working with another trainer. I LOVE her small group fitness classes. Every workout is different and I don’t think I’ve done the same workout twice in the 2 years I’ve been with her! They are challenging and I’ve made so much progress with my strength and weight loss. Nate @ Jackhammer is very easy to work with regardless of your current fitness level. I enjoy the non-judgemental attitude of Jack Hammer that you may encounter at other facilities. I also like that every session is different, so that keeps it interesting.

Will was the best personal trainer I've ever had. He helped teach me how to properly and safely perform movements like the Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift, Row. He taught me how to get my mindset right. I have had problems with how I look, and his guidance and training helped get me on the right track. He understands fitness better than 99% of personal trainers. I've had over 15 personal trainers and he was the best of the best. This is my first experience working with a fitness trainer so I don't really have anything to compare it to. With that being said, my workouts with Christine kick my butt and I love it! I am seeing results in my strength and my health in general especially with her guidance with nutrition. She is very supportive and pushes you to do your best and more. I do travel healthcare, so my location changes frequently. While in Columbus, I found Rich...I trained w him 5 days a week and it was well worth the long drive and money Spent!!! He cares so much about his clients! Having moved on to another location, I Know that if I had a question or needed fitness help, I could reach out and he would be there no questions asked!
