Latest Review: I feel fortunate to have met John Drumm at this point in my life. After a number of years working with a few different personal trainers there is so much that sets John apart. Most importantly, he genuinely cares about your goals. Secondly, he has a wealth of professional knowledge and experience to help you. When I started training with John I had some knee problems, so we started with upper body and core strength training. I knew it was working when I started sweating excessively! I bike often but after a while my weight loss slowed down and I needed to change my routine. I never thought that I would like strength training as much as I do now. John makes sure that you train safely, correctly and that every workout is challenging. After each session, I feel so good physically and mentally and it seems like anything is possible! In addition to being a great personal trainer, John is very honest about sharing the importance and impact of food, sleep and stress on one's weight loss goals and overall healthy living. His blog is also very informative and inspirational. John is a good, positive and encouraging person to be around and his advice is very valuable. I highly recommend John Drumm as a personal trainer and look forward to keep working on my fitness goals with John.
