How do I explain my experience from working out Brian? He has to be one of the best trainers i've had for a really long time. I still remember our first session like it was yesterday. He really got deep inside my emotions and did a lot of soul searching. I was fat, unmotivated, making food my friend and other things but he has TOTALLY changed me from the inside and out. When I first started out with him I weighed 200 pounds I am now 188 even though I still have a long way to go. The experience has been wonderful with Maria! She is always on time, affordable and listens to my needs for the way I aspire my body to look. I feel fortunate to have met John Drumm at this point in my life. After a number of years working with a few different personal trainers there is so much that sets John apart. Most importantly, he genuinely cares about your goals. Secondly, he has a wealth of professional knowledge and experience to help you. When I started training with John I had some knee problems, so we started with upper body and core strength training. I knew it was working when I started sweating excessively! I bike often but after a while my weight loss slowed down and I needed to change my routine. I never thought that I would like strength training as much as I do now. John makes sure that you train safely, correctly and that every workout is challenging. After each session, I feel so good physically and mentally and it seems like anything is possible! In addition to being a great personal trainer, John is very honest about sharing the importance and impact of food, sleep and stress on one's weight loss goals and overall healthy living. His blog is also very informative and inspirational. John is a good, positive and encouraging person to be around and his advice is very valuable. I am extremely impressed with Full Scale Fitness / Andy. I've had 2 trainers in the past and I could tell that they enjoyed what they did, but weren't invested in me. Andy is quite the opposite to say the least. I know why they were rated number 1. I was stuck between the trainers that sent me quotes and so I contacted a few and did an "interview" to learn about them. I am glad I scheduled the assessment because I was blown away with Andy. He wasn't the top recommended one by Thumbtack but he shouldve been. Don't chase the discounted training, you'll pay more in the end! Definitly worth the money!
I have had personal trainers on and off for 10 years at various gyms. This studio and my trainer Bridget are the best I have had yet. I love how my workout changes everyday, so I never get bored. I would highly recommend this studio.

I have previously worked with Austin in the past and I have to say that he is one of the most thouroigh trainers I have ever met. He really takes the time to understand his clients goals and really map out a structure plan for them. Austin is very knowledge and that is shown through his previous and current clients results as well as his self results . Working with him and knowing him for over 4 years I have to say this guy adds a lot of value to the table when it comes to training.
Personal training with Chris has had a wonderful impact on my life in the last 5 months. I've gained considerable strength, lost weight, improved my energy level, and now I fit into a smaller shirt and pants size. I've also improved my mobility and flexibility. My body feels amazing! Chris has a very extensive knowledge of training regimens and effectively blends principles of strength training with yoga and soft tissue mobilization. He was very responsive to my concerns about old pre-existing injuries (knee, ankle, shoulder, low back just to name a few) and offers many ways to alter exercises to be gentle on the body. He is very professional and respectful and does a great job of taking notes and tracking our sessions to optimize our time together. His private studio space has plenty of equipment for a vigorous workout without the hassle of going to/being in a large gym. I've worked with about 4-5 personal trainers off and on in the last 20 years, and I'm thrilled to have found Chris!

Jacob is the best trainer I've EVER worked with. He will make you realize the difference between a "trainer" and a "professional". He has his masters degree in exercise physiology, which shows throughout the experience of working with him. I've been working with him for the last two years, and reached my initial goal within the first 6 months. Adrien is incredible, take my word for it! She customizes workouts and makes them so much fun. Adam is an excellent trainer. I had been lifting and playing sports all my life and thought I was very knowledgeable. That was until I met Adam he blew me away with the creativity of the workouts.
