Mr. Eric Sean helped me create a meal plan to assist me with losing up to 50 pounds. He also creates exercise sessions that are different and unpredictable therefore I am not bored with my training sessions. He is very encouraging and positive. I appreciate his words of motivation, calm mannerism and challenges. I believe he internally gets a feel of what you are capable of doing and pushes you to that level. He also assesses how you physically feel the day or so after your session,to make changes to your routine if necessary. Excellent workouts. I didn't dread working out because each workout was different. Being able to train in the convenience of your own home is awesome. And it was amazing how much you could do with little to none of your own equipment. Her training is not just for beginners; she tailors it to meet your current fitness level. I would definitely recommend Maria.

John Drumm is an excellent fitness trainer. When I started training with him back in November of 2014, I had very poor muscle tone even though I am a healthy eater. John has worked with me 3 days per week and has brought me to a level of fitness that I have never thought possible. I am now able to wear sleeveless tops and show off my toned arms! I was introduced to Christina through Facebook by a mutual friend. I joined her Fit Resolutions online training November of 2012. Her intake questions and meal planning were very specific to my needs. She answered every question I had almost immediately, several e-mails back and forth until we were satisfied with a training and meal program based on my weight, height and body type. Her online training is excellent. She always take the time to tweek and re-tweek if needed. I've also had the pleasure of working with her in a small group session and I can say the workout was almost like a personal training/ HIIT workout but not so difficult as to ruin the rest of your day. Nice afterburn all day and next couple days. Personal attention / modification for each individuals ability and need, with no embarassment factor whatsoever. Goes above and beyond for her clients.
Lynn has done a great job showing me how to work my body through Cardio intervals, Strength training and Core exercises. I have her come to my home 3x a week to keep me on track to lose the extra weight and get me back on a track with my fitness. Its still a work in progress and Lynn has been very informative.

I came to Ken's Total Fitness and was not disappointed. I have lost weight and toned up tremendously and he showed me a range of exercises that vastly helped. Every workout kicked my butt, kept me on my toes and did different exercise every time, session with him never gets boring. More importantly, I was able to take the lessons I learned from Ken and carry them into my own training. At about $55/session, if you are serious, the money will be well spent.
I've been using Garan Fitness Consulting (GFC) for almost two years now and have had nothing but good experiences. In addition to being conveniently located near my house, Scott is very flexible with his schedule, even when I've had to change my appointment due to last minute issues. I had the privilege of working with Alvin Williams for three months. I came to him with a goal and he came up with a plan. Throughout the course of three months, I was able to reach my goal because of the encouragement gave me and the educational fitness techniques he suggested. Every session, he had a detailed fitness plan for me to complete and also provided me with educational materials regarding healthy eating and healthy living. Kyle pushes me to do weight and cardio exercises/reps that I would never do on my own! He knows my limits and pushes me to those extremes, all with a positive attitude and fun approach. He is always on time and has great follow through. He is top notch!
Adam went well beyond my expectations. He is far better than any big gym that will nickel and dime you for subpar training. Adam delivers a full body workout with strength training and cardio in each session. He also plays whatever music you like, which is great.
