FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts for both veterans and seniors and work hand in hand with the Veteran's Association. Our prices are fair and economical and we guarantee to beat any competitor quote apples to apples!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is quick and painless. Once you design the bath of your dreams and we order the material, it takes a few weeks to arrive. Once the material is here, checked in, and inspected to ensure it looks great, we call to schedule your installation, usually within a week.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our installers have years of installation experience. Being a 3rd generation company, our lead installer has been installing for 30+ years and he not only learned from his father who started the company, but has trained other family members in the process.
