From the beginning, I noticed results. Joe knew what he was doing and he helped me create a diet and workout plan focussed on the little time and money I had.
Things that helped alot and made Joe great.
1) While he did help me find a diet that was made for a college student, he still provided me the alternatives for when I could afford a better meal. This was extremely nice.
2) He showed me that there is more to a healthy diet besides counting calories.
3) He cared. I can't express how much it helped having a PT that truly was putting effort into helping me. He took time to make sure that he was helping me for the moment, but for the rest of my life.
The only negative (if you can even call it that) is that it was intimidating at first. I wasnt a healthy guy and working with someone who is was an adjustment. However, even with this, his personality made everything seem extremely natural."
