Its a great pleasure to recommend John Drumm. I have been working out with him for almost a year now. With Johns assistance, I set realistic goals about physical training right from the beginning. Being a medical doctor by profession and a man of integrity, I knew that I had to be in decent shape to set an example for my patients before I could recommend that they stay physically fit. When I met John I told him that my goal was to look healthy and lean. I needed to be able to do a quick and effective workout, as I knew I could not spend hours in the gym. Although I have had to miss various sessions because of my rigorous work schedule, I have made sure to work out a minimum of once a week with John. It has been an amazing experience, as John is constantly motivating me to do my best. He is very determined to help me in reaching my goals. The added bonus over this past year is that we have become close friends. John really cares about his clients as people, and we always spend time chatting between workouts. I have no doubts about recommending him as a personal trainer. As a doctor, I understand that staying healthy and physically fit is a long-term goal. I also know the importance of working with a personal trainer to achieve these goals. I can think of no better trainer to work with than John.
Excellent workouts. I didn't dread working out because each workout was different. Being able to train in the convenience of your own home is awesome. And it was amazing how much you could do with little to none of your own equipment. Her training is not just for beginners; she tailors it to meet your current fitness level. I would definitely recommend Maria.

I have been working with Aaron at FitWorks in Rocky River, seeing him twice weekly for seven months. I am a post surgery, post chemo, cancer cured patient and therefore have special goals. I did not think I would get my strength and endurance back to any reasonable level ever again. Aaron is pretty amazing and what he has achieved for me is nothing short of miraculous. He is versatile, knowledgeable, and a very talented personal trainer. He takes what he does for me very seriously, and continually incorporates new challenges so my improvement doesn't stagnate. Stephen does a terrific job developing physical training programs for individuals or groups of all ages and abilities. He is very knowledgeable and has particular strengths in working with individuals dealing with cancer or other health concerns. Stephen is the first physical trainer I have worked with, and I have greatly benefitted.
Jim's energetic and encouraging. Boot camp was a lot of fun although very challenging. As a personal trainer, Jim really helped me with core strengthing and motivation. I miss Jim.
Mari is a fabulous trainer. Never the same workout twice, she is very skilled in increasing your fitness and health, regardless of where you start . Her boot camp style HiIT class is one of the best in the area and appeals to every fitness level. I recommend her highly; you won't be disappointed.
Nice clean gym with knowledgeable and friendly coaches to help you achieve your own personal best. Offers lots of help and you can attend group boot camps or just lift on your own. They also have an online program that I take part in on days when I can't make it into the gym. Nice to be able to change things up!
Client since April 2011. I have had personal training sessions with Erika and regularly participate in weekly boot camp classes at Results Personal Training. Prior to that I was a member at Lifetime Fitness and JCC for many years. I am thrilled with the workouts Erika plans for both the training sessions and boot camps. She thinks of everything and plans your workout based upon your fitness goals, current fitness level and lifestyle. She is very creative, extremely knowledgable and personable. I trust her completely with my workouts and appreciate her knowledge on diet and its impact on workouts and fitness goals. After 35+ years of working out in a variety of fitness facilites and settings, I wouldn't trade what Results Personal Training offers for the fancy facilities. As an aside, my family now works out at Results Personal Training (Erika and Aron got my boys off the computer and working out! - they can do the same with yours!!
Boot Camp has been a breath of fresh air! I have literally tried every diet and exercise program under the sun, and Paul's boot camp really changed everything. His energy is contagious. It really helps keep me accountable and I have dropped 12 pounds in 3 weeks!
FIT 360 Boot Camp - Rosanne and her team are very knowledgable and provide an excellent workout incorporating bands, weights, cardio, etc. They make sure your technique is correct and that you maximize the workout and get the most benefits out of it. I've enjoyed several sessions and will definitely do it again!
I LOVE my workouts at Fit Body Boot Camp in Beachwood. I attend the HIIT Interval sessions with Lisa, and she is absolutely wonderful!! She is very motivating and encouraging. I credit Coach Pink with the majority of success I've had this past season. His help with stance, fire out, driving, pass pro and lifting really turned me into a well tuned machine going into camps in the summer. I not only learned techniques for lifting and football that helped me, but I also learned the mentality for dicipline and hard work that football accompanies. I went from an average junior year starter, to a standout First team all conference player my senior year, and it would not have been achievable without coach pink. Now that I'm committed to play in college, I cannot wait for another offseason with coach Pink!
