The experience has been wonderful with Maria! She is always on time, affordable and listens to my needs for the way I aspire my body to look. Not only has Maria given me amazing work outs, but she provides me with a copy of every workout so I can attempt to complete them on my own time as well. I looked into several personal trainers to help me lose a seemingly impossible amount of weight. When I met Joe Butler,his dynamic, positive energy was energizing and I knew Prescription Fitness was the place for me. He was encouraging, professional, and very motivating. He made me excited to undertake this change and challenge and felt empowered! I committed to a year and started personal training with Aaron the next week. Joe and Aaron created an exercise plan and routine for me and have challenged me to push harder and create new fitness goals. Aaron is an amazing motivator, especially when I am being hard on myself. I joined October 1, 2014 and as of 12/27/14, in just a little over three months, I have lost 35.4 pounds! I could not have done this without Aaron and Joe’s help. Their expertise, support, texts have given me confidence in my fitness future and confidence for a more positive, healthy life. Aaron works me hard and has a keen intuition on just how far to push me to allow me more success in my weight loss journey. I feel fortunate to have met John Drumm at this point in my life. After a number of years working with a few different personal trainers there is so much that sets John apart. Most importantly, he genuinely cares about your goals. Secondly, he has a wealth of professional knowledge and experience to help you. When I started training with John I had some knee problems, so we started with upper body and core strength training. I knew it was working when I started sweating excessively! I bike often but after a while my weight loss slowed down and I needed to change my routine. I never thought that I would like strength training as much as I do now. John makes sure that you train safely, correctly and that every workout is challenging. After each session, I feel so good physically and mentally and it seems like anything is possible! In addition to being a great personal trainer, John is very honest about sharing the importance and impact of food, sleep and stress on one's weight loss goals and overall healthy living. His blog is also very informative and inspirational. John is a good, positive and encouraging person to be around and his advice is very valuable. I highly recommend John Drumm as a personal trainer and look forward to keep working on my fitness goals with John. NVP

I have had personal trainers on and off for 10 years at various gyms. This studio and my trainer Bridget are the best I have had yet. I love how my workout changes everyday, so I never get bored. I would highly recommend this studio.

Christina Adler is outstanding. She not only understands different skill levels and limitations of clients, but also the kind of workouts each skill level requires. Christina has expertise in isolated and complex body movements and lifts. She understands how to partition and design workouts that flow effectively so clients see maximum gains in an hour or less of training time. Christina specializes in weight loss, strength and conditioning, and high intensity interval training (HIIT) amongst others. Her passion and dedication to her clients (rather than a "job") makes her retain and carry clients with her longer than most personal trainers. I have previously worked with Austin in the past and I have to say that he is one of the most thouroigh trainers I have ever met. He really takes the time to understand his clients goals and really map out a structure plan for them. Austin is very knowledge and that is shown through his previous and current clients results as well as his self results . Working with him and knowing him for over 4 years I have to say this guy adds a lot of value to the table when it comes to training.

Personal training with Chris has had a wonderful impact on my life in the last 5 months. I've gained considerable strength, lost weight, improved my energy level, and now I fit into a smaller shirt and pants size. I've also improved my mobility and flexibility. My body feels amazing! Chris has a very extensive knowledge of training regimens and effectively blends principles of strength training with yoga and soft tissue mobilization. He was very responsive to my concerns about old pre-existing injuries (knee, ankle, shoulder, low back just to name a few) and offers many ways to alter exercises to be gentle on the body. He is very professional and respectful and does a great job of taking notes and tracking our sessions to optimize our time together. His private studio space has plenty of equipment for a vigorous workout without the hassle of going to/being in a large gym. I've worked with about 4-5 personal trainers off and on in the last 20 years, and I'm thrilled to have found Chris!

Jacob is the best trainer I've EVER worked with. He will make you realize the difference between a "trainer" and a "professional". He has his masters degree in exercise physiology, which shows throughout the experience of working with him. I've been working with him for the last two years, and reached my initial goal within the first 6 months. I continued to work with him and now am achieving a dream body that I never thought was possible. If you're ready to see actual results, take my word for it and work with him.

I've been training with Kyle for 5 months and I really enjoy working with him. He's professional, reliable and always on time. Kyle brings equipment with him, and it's more than enough for me to get a great, challenging workout. With his help, I've also learned how to change my poor eating habits and how to eat to get great results. So far, I've lost 30 pounds and three dress sizes! I know with Kyle's continued support, the sky's the limit for me! If you want to get into better shape in the privacy of your own home, I would definitely recommend Kyle.

Adam is an excellent trainer. I had been lifting and playing sports all my life and thought I was very knowledgeable. That was until I met Adam he blew me away with the creativity of the workouts. He always was well prepared and truly challenged me each time. He is also a good person and through the process of working out with him we became friends. He is the best trainer I have ever come across. Give him a shot the workouts are challenging but fun, when you leave you know you put in a serious workout.

I was intimidated by having a personal trainer for a long time, but Trish is a real person and so easy to talk to. She really works with me to achieve my particular goals and bases at home workouts and meal plans on them! I have never not left a workout feeling like I did my best because of her, and most important, sore and feeling stronger for it! The results are visibly within weeks. I've gained muscle and became leaner. She's so easygoing it feels like working out with a friend! Would highly recommend if you've been considering personal training but aren't sure yet. You will not be disappointed!
