He holds you accountable for your diet and he pushes you in your workout. With the guidance that is given during the workouts and the individual meal plans he creates for you weekly, he is the perfect trainer for anyone at any fitness level who is serious about positive changes. 2 thumbs up!

COVAL Fitness is awesome, plain and simple! Wanting to get back into shape and stay motivated, I was looking for a gym or workout environment that would keep me motivated, and I can definitely say that I found that - and much more - at COVAL fitness. Mike and the rest of the team at the gym helped me build a workout plan that would be tailored exactly to my goals, taking into consideration my schedule, my weak spots, and my needs. The workout environment at COVAL is professional (the trainers work with you, making sure your technique is on point, that you're pushing yourself) but also extremely relaxed, friendly and welcoming. Coming to Coval, my main goal was to improve my body composition. But I can honestly say that I gained much more than that - working out at coval keeps me motivated, helps me improve on my technique and allows me to focus on areas and aspects of strength training I wouldn't really prioritize (or, let's be honest, know how to improve on) in a regular gym setting (such as balance, core work, coordination, lower body strength, appropriate stretching and correct warm-up techniques). As I said in the begining; awsome! Plain and simple!
Gus is such a thoughtful and knowledgeable personal trainer. I was a complete beginner in the gym and he was super patient with me and ensured we worked at a pace that was comfortable for me, but still ensuring we make progress. On top of that, his rates are very reasonable and he'll work with everyone on their budget. I highly reccomend hiring Gus if you are serious about getting in shape, learning about nutrition, and want to work with someone who understands what it's like to have been a beginner!
I have been working out with Jordan for almost a year now. He is extremely passionate, knowledgeable and dedicated to being a personal trainer. When i first started i was fat, weak and very out of shape. Jordan as helped me to embrace a healthy diet and a consistent work out schedule. I am now stronger than ever, wearing smaller clothes and lifting weight amounts i would of never dreamed of. My journey hasnt been with out it's struggles. In the beginning i would get frustrated with how weak i was and that the weight didnt just fall off. Through differnt eating styles and work outs Jordan helped me to trust the process. Anytime I showed frustrations he would help me to see and focus on all the progress I've made. Now working out and eating healthy are my passion i couldnt even imagine not working out. Currently i have a shoulder injury that Jordan is helping me to work through. He adjust my workouts to accommodate my injury so im still gaining without further injury. I loved working with Wendie! Very inspirational and overall a good personal trainer for beginners like me! She gradually helped me build up my strength and after a month, I could easily do exercises that I couldnt do on day 1. I moved out the area, so unfortunately I couldnt go to her again. But i definitely recommend her!
