Tony asked what I was trying to achieve in my workout. He provided me with a training plan for that purpose. He was very knowledgeable of the different machines I was to use. He took his time to explain how each machine works and showed me how to use them correctly Tony listened and answered any questions or concerns I had about the machines or my workout. Because of his training plan and advice I did achieve my goal. For the past year I have maintained a very good blood pressure and my stamina and energy have increased. Thank-you Tony.
Katherine Miracle facilitated the Opening Session at the Ohio Association of Career Colleges and Schools' "2016 Conference & Annual Meeting", as well as, two break-out sessions. The overwhelming response from the attendees was that Katherine's presentation was the BEST they've heard in years!! Katherine's passion and enthusiasm was evident during her presentations and we look forward to a long and successful relationship at our future events! On behalf of OACCS, I can sincerely recommend Katherine for any and all speaking opportunities!
