I’m going to attempt to write a review that does justice to just how amazing of a job Mary did in helping us with our wedding and how appreciative we are, but I don’t know if words could even describe it! I live 9 hours away from my hometown of Cincinnati, which was where we were going to hold the wedding, so I knew from the start that I would need the help of a wedding planner, since I was so far away for a lot of the planning process. Even in my initial phone calls to different wedding planners, Mary stood out to me. She seemed the most interested in what my vision was and also the most down to earth. She was very upfront and honest about what would be realistic and did such a fantastic job of helping provide suggestions within our specific parameters (date, budget, style, location, etc.) One of my favorite things about Mary is she always gave me all the tools and information we needed to make important decisions about the wedding, but she never would push us in a specific direction. I really appreciated this, because I am a really bad decision-maker. I waffle back and forth between options and often feel regret after deciding. There were definitely some decisions when I just wanted Mary to tell me what to do, but I’m so glad that she never did. Because of the information she gave us, we were able to choose wisely, and because we were forced to make the decision ourselves without the outside pressure from someone else, we felt confident in our reasoning, and had zero regrets throughout the entire wedding process. (That’s a really big deal for me!) Mary was so thorough and thought of everything. She absolutely knows her stuff when it comes to weddings and receptions. The day of the wedding, everything flies by so fast, and you’re so caught up in it that you completely forget about details you spent hours or even days planning. But thanks to Mary, we didn’t have to worry about forgetting anything.
Lindsey went above and beyond and took my visions and created the most beautiful wedding I could have ever dreamt up on my own. Her contacts were outstanding when it came to pricing and their services were excellent....her flower lady blew me away and Lindsey handled it all. The process of planning a wedding, I had heard, is stressful.......not a bit with Lindsey on board. I just got to pick out the wonderful details and she did the work....set up, plan, timelines, clean up, etc.......fabulous fabulous fabulous.
Kendra was such a great help with wedding planning. I lost count of how many times I said thank goodness for Kendra that last month before the wedding! We had done most of the planning ourselves out of state for a Dayton wedding, but felt overwhelmed and wanted someone who could be a go-to person for last minute issues. She checked in with all our vendors/coordinated them and even found a couple contract issues we'd overlooked (like we did not realize we were responsible for providing draping for the gazebo and she put us in touch with our 4th new ceremony coordinator who had yet to contact us). She created a very detailed day of schedule for us, which was awesome. She went above and beyond and even attended a several hour final details meeting with the reception venue on a Sunday and listened in on the hour long phone call with our band. You have a lot of decisions to make in wedding planning and having another person to give input was incredibly valuable. She had 2 assistants help with the busing transportation the day of at no additional charge and took care of some last minute rentals we needed. We really can't thank her enough, she is amazing! Our wedding day was perfect and having peace of mind that if something goes wrong, she'll address it is worth way more than you will spend. You'll be very grateful to hire Kendra!
Divine Catering & Events catered my 25th wedding anniversary and they were phenomenal. Staff was outstanding and the food was delicious.
Jennifer was a HUGE help in planning my mom's wedding last summer! My mom was a widow for 14 years so when she finally met the right man we wanted to make sure this wedding made her as happy as he does! Iwas struggling to even find the right layout (I have no imagination at all) but with just 1 visit she was able to open my eyes to so many possibilities. The layout of the wedding was amazing and we had so many compliments from those who attended! Jennifer is, and always will be, my go to girl for party planning!!
We hired Karen super last minute for day of coordination and she did a great job pulling our details together. She worked well with our vendors and the big day was wonderful. She put together a quick solution for us when our venue could not house our guest list that went over by 40. Her quick thinking and connections helped us have the perfect wedding. P's and Q's has provided decorations and food for two birthday parties - one for my husband and one for me. The attention to detail was spot-on and the food was delicious! From the cakes to the appetizers, no detail was over-looked! I recommend P's and Q's as an exceptional event planner whether big or small.
Kristie is awesome to work with. She goes the extra mile to make wedding dreams come true. If we showed her an example of something we liked she new how to get it, either by making it herself or where to get it.We had a destination wedding and Kristie came to the beach and worked so hard to get us what we wanted.We came home and had a beautiful reception. So many guests replied " it looked like something out of a magazine" it was gorgeous. Kristie spent a lot of time with us working on every detail. She even MADE beautiful hair accessories that looked like antique brooches,found mothers gifts, bridesmaids gifts, she did it all, flowers, food , music, venue, photography. There are so many decisions and details with a wedding that we couldn't have done it with out her. She is so talented and has the best ideas. I would use her services again for parties, dinners, receptions, showers, loved working with her.
Morgan did a wonderful job of aiding me with my wedding planning hair and makeup. I didn’t have a very big budget and she really helped me get the most I could with what I had and made sure everything matched what I had invisioned. She offered helpful advice and helped schedule appointments and made sure I stayed on track. She has all her own makeup and materials and also strives to use all makeup that is cruelty free. She also did all my makeup and hair and I’m not adam of wearing makeup but she did a fantastic job. She used just the right amount of makeup to enhance my natural beauty which is something I really like about what she does. She is always timly and is a good multi tasker. Also offers fair pricing for all her services. 10/10 would recommend for makeup hair or any planning help you may need.
Chloe and her team at Live the Life Events are absolutely spectacular! We worked with them for our wedding back in July and she did an amazing job! They blew us away with the design and set up, along with how helpful Chloe was with helping us pick our vendors to our location!
