Eris is an excellent trainer. Very knowledgeable. Read my food diary and modified it a bit to eat more frequently. Lost 3 lbs first week! He's also just an all around genuine individual whom I am glad to know.
Chris is an amazing trainer, accountability partner and most importantly a genuine caring person. He listens to your needs and provides the feedback necessary to get you where you want to be. Having a bad day? Don't feel like working out? Chris has the uncanny ability to make you forget about all that and get you on track for results. Ate a cheeseburger at 3am? Chris will remind you that you're sabotaging yourself and make you work harder but he won't yell at you if he knows you're committed to putting forth the effort to get where you want to be - we all have bad days. If you've never had a trainer before, he's the perfect person for you - patient, kind, thorough and just the right amount of tough. If you've had a trainer and need someone to kick your butt back in gear, he's the perfect person for you too - tough, committed to results and doesn't take any crap. I've been on both sides and I can wholeheartedly say he has been exactly what I need and supported me through my physical fitness journey since 2014. He realizes he needs to meet his clients where they are and that there is more to being fit than just moving and eating, your mind/emotions come into play and he has the ability to be wholistic in his approach. Chris knows that one size doesn't fit all and will tailor his approach to get you results!
Mike Mercer is an excellent trainer who is very knowledgeable and serious about his profession. Pound for Pound has an excellent workout facility to meet anyone's needs and goals. I'm remarkably impressed.
I am extremely impressed with Full Scale Fitness / Andy. I've had 2 trainers in the past and I could tell that they enjoyed what they did, but weren't invested in me. Andy is quite the opposite to say the least. I know why they were rated number 1. I was stuck between the trainers that sent me quotes and so I contacted a few and did an "interview" to learn about them. I am glad I scheduled the assessment because I was blown away with Andy. He wasn't the top recommended one by Thumbtack but he shouldve been. Don't chase the discounted training, you'll pay more in the end! Definitly worth the money!
I've traveled quite a bit and I've worked with trainers from all over the world, but Jason is by far the best. I love his approach to fitness. He combines strength training, metabolic conditioning, cardio, and Pilates, so you get an amazing workout that challenges you, but doesn't beat you down. He's a patient teacher and the atmosphere in the gym is friendly and welcoming. He's helped me address mild scoliosis, overcome running injuries, and get back into shape after having my third baby. I'm consistently getting stronger and meeting my goals. As long as I'm in Cleveland, I'll be working out at PowerSport.

"Wake-up calls" present themselves in many forms. However, I believe most would agree they often occur as the result of a loss-- the loss of a loved one, a friendship, a marriage, a job, or one's health. My wake-up call occurred July 24, 2012. After avoiding annual physicals for 6 years, I walked out of my doctor's office with a prescription for blood pressure medication and a cholesterol count of 239. Until the age of 35, I was the woman everyone envied--the one who could eat anything and not gain an ounce--then everything changed. For the next 15 years, I continued my unhealthy eating habits until I was 60 pounds overweight, with blood pressure levels bordering on dangerous. After leaving the doctor's office that same day in July, I met a woman who had lost 60 pounds over the previous 18 months. I immediately asked her how she lost the weight. She said she hired a trainer, and the trainer's name was Bev Hobaugh. I contacted Bev 5 days later. She listened carefully to my "story," and booked my first training session the following week. Two years, 50 pounds, and 45 cholesterol points later, I'm still training with Bev 2 days per week, and have no plans to quit!! Bev's philosophy centers on a commitment to a healthy lifestyle-no matter how busy or hectic one's current lifestyle may seem. Bev's program is not just about exercising to lose weight. Kenneth is a great trainer! I am very impressed with the way he balances pushing you past your limits both physically and mentally all while being conscious of your personal needs and goals. He makes working hard fun! I am pleased with my progress and could not have asked for a better trainer.
Just started with workhorse fitness, and am loving my workouts! Adrien has a lot of passion for her field and has obviously put in the hard work herself. She was very accommodating of my goals and I'm starting to see results already. If you put in the work with her, you will get results. She actually cares about getting me where I want to be, unlike some trainers it seems. Give workhorse a shot, you won't be disappointed.

Christine is an AMAZING trainer! She pushes me beyond my comfort zone. Each time we meet, she has me try new & different exercises. She really pays close attention to my form during these exercises to make sure it is proper. She gives me great pointers on how to make the workout most effective as well. Christin also had me come up with specific goals and has given me a timeline in which to reach them. She's great & I recommend her for anyone seeking help to get on track!
Adam is not only a great trainer/fitness coach he is a great person who genuinely cares about your fitness goals and well being . Adam takes the time to organize new and fun workouts every session. He talks a lot about technique and makes sure your doing the exercises correctly so you don't hurt yourself . I don't even look at workouts as a workouts ...one on one or even in groups while still working hard we have a good time . Whenever I feel like I need a workout Adam finds a time to get me in. He always on time reliable and dependable you can count on Adam to help you meet your fitness goals . I have learned that working out is not a quick fix it's a lifestyle . With every workout I feel like a strong better and happier person. Thanks Adam your the best !
At first I was uneasy to the idea of having a personal trainer. However, after I met Trish I knew I wanted to come back for more because she takes her work seriously and wants to see her clients succeed. Working out with Trish is like working out with a friend but at the same time she’ll keep you on track to make sure you meet your overall goal. She makes the whole experience super fun so you want to keep coming back for more (therefore leading you to your ultimate fitness goal). So, if you’re thinking about getting a personal trainer, Trish Hart has my highest recommendation!
Ron was a great personal trainer. From day one, he will ask you what your goals are, and he will help put together a plan to achieve those goals. Another positive of working with Ron, he is very accommodating to his clients' schedules. What assists in making Ron enjoyable to work with is that he is excited for the results that his clients achieve. He also has a great understanding of how to push you towards your goals without pushing too hard. If you are stuck at a current weight, Ron will find a way to get you past it. The workouts are not monotonous since he adjusts the exercises you do to keep things fresh and to work other muscles.
Lisa is a fantastic trainer and can adapt to anyone’s limitations. I feel confident for the first time that I will be packing on muscle and losing fat, thanks to her! Extremely knowledgeable about diet and fitness; she’s all you can ask for out of a personal trainer.
