They actually work with you and make sure that your getting the 1 on 1 attention to better your overall work out and health! They treat me like family. I would most definitely recommend them to my friends & family. The owner was very honest and respectful. I told him what I wanted & what my goals were & He knew exactly what workout was right for me. He is professional n that's what I look for when it comes to a gym!

I have been working with Aaron McMasters as a Personal Trainer for about 6 months, once per week. After discussing goals and training history, he suggested Resistance Training and weekly diet accountability. The Resistance Training has been a gradual process of a full range of development - lower extremities, upper extremities and core. The weight loads have been appropriate and challenging. Aaron is considerate and careful, a good listener and truly exhibits the qualities of Christ.
I've been training with Brice twice a week for five years. He's personable, always on time (literally never been late once), and every routine is unique, creative, and pushes me right to my limit. He has a good eye for knowing exactly how many reps and how much weight I can do - even if I'm positive it's too much. I started with Brice a gym novice. I feel comfortable and informed when I now choose to go on my own. Brice is friendly, but professional. Fun, but serious. It's a perfect combination that really helped me go from flabby to fit.
Jalen Wilson is a great trainer. I've had several trainers, but Jalen by far is my favorite! He really cared about me and my fitness goals. His rates are also the cheapest in Tulsa. There is a lot that come with his sessions, like the weekly nutrition plans that also helped with my fat loss goal. He's a genuine trainer!!
Justin is an awesome human being. He's been personal training me for a few months now and I've never had such great results in the shortest amount of time. I've had other trainers in the past and they don't even come close to the knowledge and passion that Justin has. I'm lucky to have found him. He's got a ton of energy and excitement to keep you motivated. Great find!!
Julianna is a fabulous trainer that I have worked out with for over three years! She encourages me to work harder and pushes me beyond what I would do on my own. She frequently changes up my work outs so that they do not become boring. She makes me look forward to working out! She is very knowlegable, dependable, motivating and I highly recommend her as a personal trainer. She always has my best interests at heart and it shows everyday in her actions and in her motivating way of instruction!

There is no reason why someone shouldn't try yoga. It's my passion, and it's my life.
