Coming back from my first semester of college, I was determined to find a hands-on personal trainer that would challenge me and push my boundaries to improve my physical wellness. When I met Zak, I knew my search was over and I haven't looked back since. Although we are still in the start of things, Zak keeps me accountable for my workouts and nutrition, gives me advice on how to improve my diet and workouts outside of our sessions, and has kept me motivated to continue to work hard in my training. He is personal and overall great to work with!

Jake has been awesome!! From day one he made me feel comfortable and asked me about myself and my goals which is awesome. I have only met with his twice, but the two days after I could barely walk because he made me do some killer workouts (killer in a good way..no pain, no gain!). I intend to stick with Jake for my weight loss and maybe even after to get toned!
Kenny @ Addictions gym is a trainer and life coach. Not only does he have an exercise program, but he coaches us on nutrition and changes we need to make in our lifestyles. If you need help getting on track I highly recommend you try this guy out!

I have been seeing David for over a year now and hes been great! Hes very upbeat and really gets you hyped for your workout! He listens to your goals and creates a workout that help you reach those goals! You can always get a hold of him to ask questions or to schedule your next appointment! Just when you though you couldnt handle anymore, David is right there pushing you, encouraging you! Hands down the best trainer I have had!
My wife and I have trained with Gary for a couple of years now. Gary is a great trainer that really gets to know you on a personal level and gears your workout accordingly. I like to lift weights and my wife prefers cardio and Gary was able to accommodate both of our needs. The best part is that Gary comes to our house and that is very hard to find these days. We couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Gary and Achieve Fitness for in home personal training.
