I needed someone to help me write a blog post so I went to Thumbtack for help. I chose Ted because of his background and his eagerness to write something for me! Ted got back to every e-mail, phone call, text immediately. He and I talked over the phone for well over an hour about the project and life in general. He is really easy to talk to and a great listener. Once he had everything he needed to write the blog post he spent just a couple of days with it before sending the first draft to me. I asked for a couple edits to the writing and then he sent it back with those and more. His writing made me feel like he captured everything I needed. Very descriptive and captivating where the reader feels like they are in the space he is describing. I would work with Ted again in the future.

I have worked closely with this LLC many times in the past. The reason is, I keep coming back for more. They are professional, timely, and are obviously knowledgeable. They have designed multiple websites and edited documents to give me the most professional, clean solution. They are also courteous and willing to work with any last minute changes you and/or your clients throw at you (eg: a full redesign to remove gradience and follow a completely different color scheme).
