Tanya was my personal trainer for about two years. Her workouts are a great mixture of different excersises working on different areas of the body. She would frequently change the workout routine so it never got boring and the intensity keept increasing. She is a very passionate trainer and is truly devoted for you to reach your personal goal and will also push you beyond what you thought were your limits. Just an overall superb personal trainer!

In May of 2014, when I was morbidly obese and in the worst shape of my life, I finally made the decision to seek a personal trainer. I was determined, yet intimidated by my weight and my lack of knowledge regarding how to use gym equipment effectively. Ashlee was the best person that could have ever crossed my path at that time. She was everything I needed: knowledgeable, friendly, educated, encouraging, and most important, completely non-judgmental. All of a sudden, there was another person standing right next to me working and fighting for MY goal... And that made all the difference in the world to me. Ten months later, I am 111 lbs lighter and different in more ways than I ever thought possible. I enjoy my workouts immensely and always draw from Ashlee's positive spirit. I have been working with Aaron McMasters as a Personal Trainer for about 6 months, once per week. After discussing goals and training history, he suggested Resistance Training and weekly diet accountability. The Resistance Training has been a gradual process of a full range of development - lower extremities, upper extremities and core. The weight loads have been appropriate and challenging. Aaron is considerate and careful, a good listener and truly exhibits the qualities of Christ.
The training I've received from Segun to date is an amazing experience to say the least. Segun is very knowledgeable, and motivational, he takes things to a new level as he is personal with his clients and he does truly care about them and their health throughout all aspects of training.
Hiring Kami as a trainer was one of the best things I could have done for my health. Justin is an awesome human being. He's been personal training me for a few months now and I've never had such great results in the shortest amount of time. BEST personal trainer ever! I am constantly impressed by Julianna's maturity, ability to motivate me on the lowest of days and keep me excited about working out! (which I assure you is no easy task!) It is the longest professional relationship I have ever had. She started getting me in shape physically and mentally beginning in 2007 and I'm still a huge fan! When you are working with Julianna, she gives you her absolute undivided attention and motivation. Can't say enough! Love her!

My training sessions with Lindsey immediately became my favorite part of the week! During my consultation with her, we spoke about my fitness and diet habits. She directed me to her Pinterest page where she offered to do some research on protein for vegetarians to help suit my personal needs throughout the training. So before we even began, I was learning so much and was inspired to work hard from the inside out! Looking forward to each session, I found her style challenging, heart-rate boosting, and (dare I say it) fun! Talking me through the workouts and inspiring me to push my limits little by little, I went from spaghetti arms to being able to do sets of pull-ups - and enjoying them! I could see changes in my arms, legs, and glutes as the weeks went on, but I was totally unprepared for the before/after picture comparison: my stomach is flatter, posture is better, and overall I am definitely more toned. I would recommend Lindsey to everyone, especially if you're looking for an inspiring, energetic friend to help you reach your fitness goals.

I love working out here, it's on point for my skill level, on budget for what we can afford and it's fun, it's not like you go in and you can't enjoy working out, I absolutely love it.
