I've been working with Zak for just a week and already know he's a first rate trainer. Very knowledgeable on fitness and nutrition. I'm learning all sorts of new exercises I never did with other trainers. He really cares about helping his clients active their best results.
I have to admit, at first I was apprehensive. But, after the first session with Rick I was floored! I love the way he makes you work for your goals, ( even if you didn't have any) he is one of the top personal trainers I've ever been to. If you want to work, and feel the burn. He's your man!

Eric is knowledgeable, compassionate professional. My experience with personal trainers in the past left me a bit leery but he put me at ease instantly. He will challenge but not overwhelm you, and make sure you understand what you need to do and WHY to progress quickly and steadily. If you want to improve your health but don't know where to start -- or are a little intimidated by personal trainers who think you should already be in shape before you come to them -- Eric's style of training will be a welcome relief for you. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone as he tailors your training to YOU, not to a form from a book that says you should do this, that or the other. Call him. You will be glad you did.
It’s been 2 weeks I have been training with Bryan my instructor at gym. Was 240lbs the day I came in for help and yesterday we weighed and it was about 231.4lbs. Trainers/Instructors at ACTV DUTY Fitness know how to make numbers work for perfect results. They would give you there 100% of their knowledge for your progress. Looking forward for new achievements!
Will is very professional. I really enjoy the fact that he customizes my workout plan based on my current needs. He is a great at building report with his clients. He also will do a text check the next day to see how your body responds to the workouts. Its nice to work with a trainer that is concerned about clients safety. Will goes above and beyond for his clients. I highly recommend Will for beginners, intermediate, or even advanced.
Anthony is a fantastic trainer. I've had quite a few trainers over the recent years, but Anthony puts them all to shame with both his level of knowledge and his emphasis on customizing a workout to his client. He doesn't "make it up" as he goes, like some trainers. He meticulously plans each workout and custom tailors it to your personal abilities and limits. The result is an excellent workout, every time. In fact, I saw more results in one month under his training, than I did in several months with other trainers. He also has a passion for nutrition, and could pretty much tell you anything you'd want to know (or more) about diet and nutrition. Highly recommended!
My experience has been amazing. Lee helped me reach a point in life changes as far as working out n eating healthy I never thought I'd get to. I always worked hard but needed someone to teach me, to give me peace of mind to know I was doing my workouts correct. I now am and have never been so excited to go to the gym. Thanks to his programs and training methods my husband has lost 24 lbs and I have lost 13 we just started In the middle of last month!!!! I feel a tremendous difference in my body! Deana is very professional in that she is very encouraging, helpful, makes sure I'm doing things correctly and is understanding of someone my age...71. Also the workouts she selects are varied and "total body." I feel tired but stronger when my session is done, and in general I feel stronger and more confident since I began working out with Deana. Chris is an excellent Physical Fitness Trainer! He is very professional and very knowledgeable! He utilizes his previous body building knowledge to educate his clients. He also applies his kinesiology knowledge to maximize his clients training sessions. I have never been athletic and have learned more about weight lifting and fitness from him than any other trainer that I have ever trained. Other trainers have left me looking anorexic and ill looking, but I have experienced very positive results training with Chris. I now feel like I belong in the gym. I am very fortunate to have a trainer that is compassionate about his profession and is willing to pass on his knowledge to me to become healthier and a better weight lifter. He has pushed me to lift weights at volume that I would have never imagined. I have been training with Deana for a little over a month and I am very grateful to have found her! She is an excellent trainer. She is patient but firm and always positive and encouraging. It always amazes me how she manages to get me to work out my entire body during every session. In the past, fitness was boring for me, doing the same things over and over. I've done so many workouts now that I never would have considered doing before. I'm really happy with the results I have achieved so far and I look forward to continuing on my fitness journey with Deana.
Ryan is the best trainer I could ever ask for. I am legally disabled at only the age of 24. I have been on bedrest for a year and it is hard for me to be able to get out sometimes. Ryan spent all his time personalizing a custom diet, custom work out, custom times, and custom program for me, all personalized for me. He pushes me when I need pushed, he teaches me, he makes sure that I do not push my body to where I am in pain. He took the time to research my disabilities and injuries to know what we can do and what we can't do. He makes sure that I do not push myself just to please him, he makes sure that I am working every part of my body and that I feel it but that I'm not damaging my body. He asks me questions, insures I'm doing what I'm supposed to do and that I'm feeling my body reacting properly. He explains everything to me what it's for, what it should feel like, what it's doing. He also doesn't just keep you doing the same workout he makes sure I'm working out various parts of my body getting a full workout. He is making sure I'm strengthening my injuries in the best way. Just after two sessions my back which has put me off and on in a wheel chair felt so relieved!! And I'm having to delay my workouts because of a surgery and I already feel sluggish without my workout. And Ryan cares about me!!! He texts me to check up on my surgery, to insure I'm okay, and to check on my pain level. He also makes sure to encourage me to keep to that diet and to keep on going! He is so much better priced and I couldn't think of a better private trainer. If you want someone who truly cares about your health, about your happiness, and about making your goals true and less of money then this is your guy!!! He is focused on YOU! He CARES for you. You deserve the best. Ryan is the best.
Sir Mack is an amazing trainer. I have seen results after results. Not only us he the workout amazing he also let's me know what needs to go into my body and and can help me with what I am looking for exactly. Stephen is a very knowledgable and hands on trainer, my results have been outstanding. Ive lost 21 lbs and have gained much needed muscle mass, and my body is toning and tightening with every session. I highly recommend Stephen for all of your fitness and dietary needs!
