Jerry and his team were brought on board pretty much at the last minute and performed beautifully. The food was delicious; the layout was beautiful, and his staff was right there keeping the trays full and the tables neat. The bartender was proficient in pouring drinks. The bar service was another area where it was a last minute decision on our part. That Food Guy was amazing in fulfilling what we needed. They arrived promptly and immediately started set up for our event. And, they stayed until the venue manager signed off on the kitchen and event spaces. We would definitely look to That Food Guy for other event catering. He and his staff were helpful, professional, and especially interacted well with our attendees. I've been in fundraising and event planning for many years and can say Jerry Crane and his staff are up there with some of the better caterers I've used. Sandra was patient with my inexperience with throwing large semi-fancy parties and was super helpful in planning and making the party for my parents a great occasion. Many guests (including my mother!) commented on the delicious food served. Thank you for making the day run so smoothly.
I had party time catering cater my Mothers 80th surprise B-Day party. Every thing was just right and things could not of went better the food was excellent and the setup was nice looking. The servers could not of been more helpful.
Alison has been terrific to work with. We have used her in a few different capacities in the last 2 weeks...private chef for a dinner party, caterer for a holiday cocktail party and chef for delivered meals. Her food has been delicious, and she is really easy to work with. She is open to suggestions and will also give her opinion on what she thinks will work best depending on the event. She is quick to respond, always professional and reasonably priced. I plan on using her again and recommend you give her a try.
Maribel and our team provided excellent food, drink and service for our event. From the start, Fusion Catering was so easy to work with: returning emails quickly, confirming and clarifying our ideas, and checking in along the way. The food was fresh and delicious, our guests were raving about it all night. And they set up and cleaned up perfectly. Maribel’s contact with a bartender was a big plus, too. We could relax and enjoy the party as one of the guests. We look forward to using Fusion Catering again.

We started planning our Christmas party in October and she was extremely flexible and helpful in creating a menu that fit our needs and pricing that fit our budget! Dahli was wonderfully attentive and flexible right from the start, providing different menus depending on my budget range. She delivered the food on time, set up independently, and even offered to plate the food I had already purchased. I was very impressed with the service from Black Box Catering.
We had a very simple wedding ceremony at home, followed by an intimate catered dinner with a grand total of 11 people including me and the groom. It was greatly appreciated that staff were willing to drive all the way from Tigard to our house in Kalama, Washington. Miranda was well organized and friendly. She was quick to respond to emails and phone calls, thoroughly answering any questions we had for her. We did a food tasting prior to booking and enjoyed the food we were able to sample, although after the fact we wished we would have had the opportunity to try the coriander salmon with peach/avocado salsa since it was "award-winning". We ended up ordering it as one of our three entrees and were a bit nervous that it may end up being a little over the top for us since we usually prepare salmon very simply at home. However, we found it to be delicious. The guests were very complimentary about the dinner. I especially liked the penne pasta with mushrooms and truffle cream sauce. We were sent two caterers for our event, one to serve food and one to bartend. We provided our own alcohol for the bartender to serve, so we had ingredients and garnishes for most basic cocktails. We also provided homemade mint-infused simple syrup to add to mojitos. When the catering staff showed up on the wedding day, the staff member designated as our bartender confided that she was very nervous since she had not bartended in about 30 years. She did not know how to make basic cocktails, which surprised us a little, but she was very friendly and accommodating, and used a flip book of recipes for guidance. The groom pointed out the mint simple syrup in the fridge while the bartender was setting up for the event and explained to her that it was for the mojitos. When I took a sip of the first mojito I ordered that evening, it was extremely strong since it had no simple syrup and just a splash of club soda. The bartender was more than happy to add the simple syrup and a bit more club soda at my request, which made it taste great. I was a bit worried about how my guests' drinks might be tasting, but didn't hear any complaints. The bartender was hard working and personable with the guests. We provided our own coffee to be served at the event. However, the grounds we had were either too course for the catering company's percolator or the measurement was off, because the coffee poured out looking more like dilute tea. We ended up making coffee for our guests with our French press. The catering van pulled into the garage and remained parked there in order to load the food and supplies into our house. The garage is the first thing one sees when he or she is driving up our long, winding gravel driveway. The groom asked staff if they could please shut the garage door once they were inside so that guests would be prompted to use the walkway around the side of the house and enter from the entrance rather than through the garage and laundry room. The garage door was never shut, so all of the guests came in this way. It wasn't a huge deal, but it wasn't as visually appealing. Overall, we were happy with the way our wedding dinner turned out and found the staff at Divine Catering to be very friendly. I may have decided not to purchase a bartending package had I known that we would be provided with an inexperienced bartender, but the evening still turned out well regardless.
Alison made everything so easy! She was very accommodating to our budget, and put together a delicious dinner for our office party. We went with the BBQ dinner, and I'm still dreaming about that grilled garlic chicken! Alison even made a special gluten free cupcake for our one gluten free employee. It's obvious that she loves what she does and really cares about creating a good experience for her customers. We will definitely be ordering from her again.
What a delightful experience! Jamie is the go-to caterer when we need an event at our gallery that needs catering. She can put it together quickly too. She is the ultimate in chef services and hostessing. Thank you Jamie. You are the best!
We had the good fortune of being neighbors of Joslyn's for several years. During that time we sampled her amazing, delectable dishes for a variety of events. Whether it was chicken soup when we were sick, Italian meals from her foodcart, or outrageous desserts she created for our "Spy" themed party (a toy gun in jello anyone?) Joslyn would always go above and beyond. She's one of the most creative cooks we know, and a delight to work with. Highly recommend!

I hosted a birthday party for my father's 79th and it was catered by Elaine and Austin. They brought a roasted turkey (also brined, rubbed and basted with herbed butter) with garlic mashed potatoes, gravy and veggies. Everyone loved the food, especially my dad. Everything was hot, ready to serve, right on time and delicious! Prices were very reasonable too!! I will definitely hire them again.
Paul just catered mine and a friend's multi day birthday party. He prepared three WONDERFUL meals three days in a row. As a long time friend of ours he was incredible at balancing his responsibilities as caterer (which I assure you he took very seriously) with his ability to have fun with the group!! The meals were all meticulously made and served just when the group was getting antsy. Seriously, his menu was beautiful and delicious. I would highly suggest you give him a shout. Ps he has experience with carnivores, vegetarians, and vegans so don't be worried about that!!
I honestly can't glow enough about Art De Cuisine. I have been using them for a number of years for events as small as five people and as many as 400 people and they have always been on time and on budget with delicious food and a fabulous staff. I very much appreciate the flexibility with the accommodations they can make for various food allergies and other dietary issues. Sara is a dream to work with as is the rest of her staff. Highly, highly recommend them!
We hired Brandon for my daughter's 1st bday party. Brandon has tons of patience and goes about this business with a smile on his face....Would definitely recommend Brandon for his work :-)
Rick Browne's expertise in all facets of cooking are outstanding, but are particularly impressive in all things related to BBQ. By that, I mean grilling, smoking, and the preparation of foods being considered. He blends experience developed over years to create classics, from Baked Alaska for intimate dinner parties of 25 guests, to smoking a suckling pig on an indirect smoker to serve 200 people. Well versed in kitchen technique, he is an astute chef that has a very rare recognition degree of a Doctorate in BBQ from some prestigious societies in the trade. RIck is an engaging conversationalist at every event I have been a part of with him, espousing his knowledge of food and wine pairings to the guests enjoyment.
Regan and I cannot thank you enough for all you did to ensure that her wedding was all that she hoped it would be. From the first, when we wanted a simple ceremony with just a few guests followed by cake and champagne with the residents, to the final day, when we had 45 people for the ceremony in the garden, followed by lunch in the Sullivan Theater and then cake and champagne with the residents in the Hemingway Room, you were amazing. Every time we needed help (Referrals for bakeries? Photographers? Hair stylists?), every time we had questions (Can we have flowers delivered to you? Can we add something to the buffet for the kids? Can we play a DVD slideshow at the reception? ), your response was always no problem, we can do that. The lunch buffet was delicious and plentiful (SO glad we didnt cut the whipped potatoes with basil!), the servers were professional, and the transition from one location to the next seamless. And the little touches were so thoughtful (everyone loved the eat, drink and be married sign outside the reception!). You made the wedding so easy and so much fun, Melissa. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
